I have been working on sourdough for a few years and trying to perfect my technique, which isn’t really to good yet. I’ve been trying to beef up my starter with some regular yeast and would like to know how to get a more powerful starter and how to use it. Thanks so much.😊

I'm so sorry for your loss. We lost our 16 year old cat on Easter. I still expect to see her on sitting on the couch when I come into the family room. It is never easy to lose a beloved pet. Take care.💕
