Basically, it is at the sweet spot between our requirements and pricing. It has a steep enough incline for incline walking as steady state cardio, the speed is also sufficient for steady state running (we do not do any sprinting on it). The belt area is also quite big, sufficient for us, and it was immediately available in the shop. The intense run is significantly more expensive, but it also looks more modern, so if money is not an important factor and you like that more, i think it is safe to go for that. Hope that helps.
