    Eco, use "2k spray can" or car clear coat with hardener inside. Those generic spray cans wont last long and you will be redoing the tips again.

      2k is dangerous to spray without full air supply. Aerosol isocyanates are extremely hazardous.

    You are a master! How can I remove a titanium exhaust pipe carbon fiber end cap that is stuck? I have removed the retaining screws and I know it can come off, any tips for loosening or tapping free?

    Also look into "electrolysis rust removal" for the metal parts.

      I didn't cool down between 50, 100 and 150 degrees Celsius.
      I post-cured at 50, 100 and 150 degrees for 9 hours in a row.
      Post-curing temperature is different for each epoxy resin.
      You should refer to the manufacturer's datasheet.

    지..지렸다.. 일반 머플러 브라켓부분빼고 절단하고 카본으로 만들어도 될까유..?

    • @ECOLAPStudio
      @ECOLAPStudio  2 роки тому

      안녕하세요.
      브라켓 부분을 뺀다는 것이 어떤 의미인지는 모르겠으나..
      아크라포빅 카본팁의 경우 카본으로 전해지는 열을 최소화하기 위해서 카본 안쪽에 브라켓들이 있습니다.
      그렇기 때문에 리벳부분만 카본과 맞닿아 직접적으로 열이 전달되고 다른 부분은 금속 부분과 닿고 있지 않습니다.
      아무래도 HIGH TG 에폭시 수지를 사용한다고 하더라도 에폭시 수지가 열에는 취약하기 때문에 그 부분은 신경써서 만들어야할 것입니다.

    제꺼는 아크라가 아닌 레무스인데 카본팁이 신경 안 쓴사이에 스톤칩이 난거마냥 클리어? 로 유추되는 부분이 부분 부분 까져있더라구요
    컴파운드나 페인트 클렌저로는 어림도 없는거보니 맞는거같은데 샌딩작업 후 에폭시를 다시 올리는게 좋을까요??
    아니면 내열클리어를 올리는게 좋을까요??

    • @ECOLAPStudio
      @ECOLAPStudio  2 роки тому +1

      안녕하세요.
      스톤칩은 폴리싱으로는 없어질 수가 없습니다.
      일단 샌딩 전체를 하시고, 샌딩 후에 면이 잘 잡혀 있다면 내열클리어를 올리시고
      면이 제대로 잡혀있지 않다면 내열 에폭시 레진 도포 후 샌딩으로 표면을 잡고
      내열 클리어를 올리시면 좋을 거 같습니다.
