- Hey guys in this video I am doing a 200 mile rally with 3 random people I met the day before and the day of! I'm on my CRF300L rally, Nano has a CRF300L, Scott has his CRF450L, and Jesse on a DR650. I was in the lead the whole video because i had the navigation. Part 1 has parts of top of the world route then we crossed over east then went south to get to old ore road. This video is only 1/4 or 1/3 of old ore road Part 2 and possibly part 3 will be the rest of this rally!

Great vids man! I was there the same time on my DR650. I don't think we rode together, but I did a lot of the same stuff. TOTW, Black Gap, Glenn Springs, RR East, etc. Thanks for sharing! PS you're riding like a boss for your first time out there!
Thanks man! it was a lot of fun. I saw a lot of people out on the trail and saw several dr650's out there seems like a weapon of choice!
Also ended up doing black gap, glenn springs on day 3. I was following the Rally route for day 2 but knowing what i know now I wish i'd made the detour for them that day though!
my DR got some attention because I have a 790 big bore kit and a rally tower on it. It was my second time taking it to the BB rally. I call it my Desert Donkey ;)
@@JeredsmithI saw your vid on that too. On day 2 we did them reverse direction from you. Glenn Springs, to Black Gap (up the obstacle), then River Road East back towards Rio Grande Village. We finished our day hanging out at Chisos Basin.
Day 3 I rode solo, 170 to Pinto Canyon to Marfa, then back through BBRSP to 170 to Terlingua. It was about 300 miles. Very full day!
@@sweatmachine69nice! know a few people that just did road riding or leisure stuff on day 3. The Rally tower on the dr650 should look good but i've never seen anything on the 790 big bore kit i'll have to youtube it and see the differences for people
