Good News! That has been the number 1 benefit for me. For my overall health, I need to conquer the sugar cravings, the health improvement will come hand in hand with that. I just need to feel in control!
Yes. I have to be creative because I am on a limited budget and a full time mother of 3. I don't have the time or money to take it at a full dose. I am having success at the lower dose. I know it is slower but it's working for me and I am happy with how it's going so far.
I think it cost over $400 for a box. If you use it at max dose that will last 1 month. I have used it at the second lowest dose and it lasted about 12 weeks and I lost 22lbs.
@@momimperfect9700 thank you for the tip I’ll try that. Also you can get it at Acecosem I think that’s how you spell it for under 200$ I’m late at watching your video do you still recommend it? Thanks
@@Luv4USA24 yes. It has been really helpful for weight loss but more importantly it has helped my mentality about food and the struggle to give up sugar.
Same! So frustrated insurance doesn’t want to pay for it! You can see if your Dr has any samples of Saxenda, Wegovy or Mounjaro etc…but I know you won’t be able to be on it too long but still can lose some weight on it & it can help you with changing your diet as well.
I’ve been on it 5 or 6 days. It’s giving me control of food!

I understand the fear of going up but all of the studies that show weight loss were done at the therapeutic dose of 3.0 mg
