During this weekend boot-camp in Sweden, we shifted the intention in the dance, from over focusing on steps, technique and trying to hit every musical change as the principal drive which often I see on the dance floor, back to connection and flow as the principal core value in dance.
It was beautiful, it was challenging, it was transformative, it was something the whole group didn't even know they missed, longer for, until they truly left it.
It's time to come to what truly matters in Dancing.
