From what I gather, the .22 insert doesn’t have to be specifically angled; just plug and play. Since the .22 is a “rim fire,” the firing pin would have to hit the rim to set off the round. Therefore, the adapter is offset so the rim of the .22 will always remain at the striking point of the center fire firing pin from the Governor and/or Judge. Hope this helps!
Make sure the 410 ammo has enough brass on the end so it does not expand back out of the cylinder and jam. Fiocchi has half the brass as federal and jams on every round.
Fiochi 410 froze the cylinder in place on my very first shot out of the gun . Took 5 minutes to free it. The damned brass expanded so much it was a joke. No more Fiochi…..EVER !!!

Jeffrey Locke I worded it poorly in the video, but that grip feels heavenly. Takes care of the recoil well too. It was hard to find options with rubber on the backend of the frame to absorb recoil. Having shot it now, the recoil is moderate. It would have been much worse with the factory grip!
I am curious as to how accurate those adapters are since they will not engage the rifling of the barrel. Would love to see a shooting video using them.

I definitely need to get my hands on one of these to put a few rounds through. I would imagine it shoots a lot like a Taurus Judge but looks very interesting. Of course! Yes these are excellent. I want to get one for a shotgun in a rifle caliber, but have not found one yet. As far as this goes for Judge, have not shot that one, but I would think this shoots more comfortably IF you swap factory grips to this one, otherwise I believe judge is heavier with better factory grips. Hello, I bought the 9mm there for my Governor. I had seen a video where a guy has A Rock Island Armary and shoots 380 out of it. I'm wondering if it is possible to do the same thing with a 380in the 9mm adapters? Did you purchase any? If so what caliber and have you tried what I'm talking about?

I bought rifled short inserts, and I’d wonder if the 380 might be less accurate out of the 9. Probably adequate for up close. I ended getting a charter arms 9mm revolver instead of a judge, to shoot something cheaper than 357.
Is it Short Lane adapters? 45 Schofield and 45 Autorim as well as those adapters expand the available calibers. When the SHTF and getting ammunition to feed your firearms becomes hit and miss. Gunadapters and the firing pin will hit the rim on 22 LR anyway you position it. It will just shoot funky where it is located.

I have since invested in the 22 cal and the 9mm adapters for my Governor. My question for you is, I've seen 380 shot from a 9mm revolver, and I was wondering if you have tried the 380 in the 9mm adapter or will it fall in too deep for the hammer to make contact? I would be careful with .327 Fed Mag in adapters. 327 is a VERY hi pressure round, and there is no other round you mention that comes even close to 327 pressures. It could very well explode your firearm. .327 -- 45,000 PSI max pressure .44 Mag -- 36,000 PSI max pressure .357 -- 35,000 PSI max pressure 9mm -- 35,000 PSI max pressure .410 -- 13,500 PSI max pressure 45 Colt -- 14,000 PSI max pressure 357 Sig -- 40,000 PSI max pressure Maybe the manufacturer of the adapters feels that the sleeve adds enough to the Gov to take those pressures, but *I* would not try it.
I may be the only one, but I don't think you are showing very much honor toward the American flag. / The. .22lr is rim fired ammo so the adapter cylinder is purposely offset to a point so that no matter its orientation in the revolver, a part of the rim is ALWAYS centered for the firing pin to strike. Of course, different orientations may give you different degrees of accuracy, so a little experimentation may be necessary to find your sweet spot. This is really true of ALL adapters used in the Judge, the Governor, and break-open shotguns. Adapters are also made for your larger caliber rifles (rifled and up to 18 plus inches long), probably only for break-open rifles. (The Ace Bullet Co. for one) I'm sure instructions are out there.
Thanks for your reply, figured out the 22 adapter shortly after posting it. I wanted to get a Chiappa 12ga Triple barrel with a long, rifled adapter for a rifle caliber to have a poor-man’s Blaser triple barrel. Flag wise, to each their own. I think it looks good as background and it’s actually a big scarf I wear from time to time.
The various caliber inserts don't change the revolver's barrel diameter. So there is no bullet stabilization provided by barrel rifling nor propulsion through the barrel. So accuracy with those calibers is questionable.
Agreed. Definitely not something that is useable passed 15-20 yards or so for anything practical.. They have shotgun adapters that have longer sleeves and rifling, but not the case here obviously.

I had the same problem with Fiochi low brass with an H&R single shot. Had to use a ramrod to get it out.

To anoint your self, the sick, or a building for spiritual protection:
Get a small bottle of olive oil and pour off a small amount into a smaller vessel like a vial or baby food jar. Use the rest of the bottle for cooking. Ask the Lord to bless your vial of oil in Jesus name. Anoint yourself with the oil by placing a dab of oil on tip of finger and touch it to your forehead, and ask the Lord to bless you/heal you. Place a dab of oil on your finger and anoint the door posts and order all negativity and evil out of the house, and order that nothing negative or evil can enter into your home including piggybacking on a person entering, order it to be so in the name of Jesus. Anoint all potential entrances to your home. To anoint the sick, place oil on tip of finger and touch it to the head of the sick and say a prayer of healing over them in Jesus name. Yeh, just keep dry firing that beast and when you see the firing pin pop out the end of the barrel, you'll realize it broke.
I use snap caps. Protects firing pin. Good feedback though.
