i laid all 4 up against basement wall and went from there the clearance is too tough for tall rack to be assembled and standing up, the LAT ATTAchment i have yet to see how to install that , they want you to assemble entire thing then stand it up and attach that off the ground yeah sure.
Its not bolted down. It has the option to be bolted down, but I chose not to. I put weight on a bar in the rack to stabilze it when I do pullups. Otherwise hasnt been an issue for me.

Low ceilings make everything tough. Dont have the lat pulldown attachment myself… cant help you with that one
Any idea what diameter size the hex bolts are? Need to get the right equipments to disassemble the rack.

Just put weights on it. Or you can buy the T-3 Series Rack Stabilizer Feet as well.
