I do not know if it relates to Neptune in Pisces but 2012 is when the family started to disperse with my Mom getting sick needing to go to the hospital a few times. While we were never close, they all have gone their seperate ways. Far, far away with minimal contact. The final straw is my niece and her family moving south. Rightly so, to be near her two brothers and one sister. Yes, her parents ( my brother and his wife) live in the area....but that is another story.
Perhaps Neptune going into Aires will change things a bit when they move and I will have no family around ( yes, there are cousins, but....another story)

I have Jupiter in Scorpio at 29 degrees and pluto in Virgo at 29 degrees. I'm a cap sun, Cancer moon, Aries rising and pluto has done enough in my life. I pray this neptune tranait and aspects to my natal Jupiter and pluto is a good one.
This will be an awaking of mental health as important or same footing as physical health. Out of the fog of mental health with radical compassion as the antidote.
