I was just thinking how he is one of the few people who can get through to my emotions when I'm usually just cold-hearted as a defense mechanism but also genuinely just stoic and not very expressive lol This was very inspiring and can make a huge difference in how we move forward. I'm finishing my first Saturn return as he moves out of Aquarius and one thing I learned that Chris also helps me remember is that yes logic is great but logic is one of the things that makes his "reasoning" beings but so do our feelings and emotions. Tapping into them has been scary AF but so liberating!
I agree, as one with Saturn in the 12 native, I have struggled to understand this relationship. Every one of your talks opens a new door of understanding. This one in particular was like a light was turned on. I now understand my draw toward working in hospice and teaching yoga to those in recovery and so much more. My dad has Saturn in Pisces and this describes him so well. He was having a cardiac stress test, which. is given in several stages. This is amazing. So much great insight. Grandmother left on a doorstep as a baby, went on to have 8 children, 21 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren (thus far). So many themes you mention apply here. Namaste.
Baby Left at the Church Door Syndrome... Oh my, Christopher, this hits so close to home for me. Literally. My dear, late grandmother was sent to live in a convent at age 8, during a time of financial hardship for her family. They were in turn compensated financially by the church. She remained in the convent until age 23, when she requested exit so that she may honor God's calling to become a wife and a mother. As long as I've known her, she has battled the demons of abandonment, and fear of rejection. Hardships of any kind- financial, emotional, etc- would push her into a dark pit of coping mechanisms... which of course, sprayed from her like buckshot- piercing innocent bystanders (us). Due to these behaviors, which were indeed toxic, most of my family gifted her her worst fear- they cut ties with her and she died mostly alone. I think that because i was able to see *through* her coping mechanisms and into the *root* of her behaviors, I was never as compelled to cut ties. My heart is still broken knowing the pain and absolute betrayal she had to endure from her own family and also from what should have been the epitome of a safe space- the church. Ugh. I'm now in tears, wondering why I've rambled on so to strangers on the internet... but instead of deleting, I'm going to be brave and hit enter. Not even sure why. 🖤
That was so beautifull, so profound. I really think you are a great master of the human understanding. Listening to you is a moving experience, a blessing. The relation with the expression of pain is indeed complicated. Years ago, I used to express pain with anger. Nowadays I still feel a little guilty and ashamed but I manage to express It. The result of doing so is being despised by some but It also allows others to express there vulnerability. Now I think there are moments to be strong but there are also some moments not to be strong in order to recognise our real feelings and be able to know ourselves. Thank you so much, Christopher!
Pain isn't easy to express because it's . . . painful. It's something many people don't want to be reminded of, but it's a signal flare of camaraderie to those who understand it. 😊
This has been a phenomenonal rendition and another side of Saturn in Pisces that I feel was personally ground breaking.... a complete eye opener. Thank you for your fantastic wisdom and insight and I will definitely remember the key principles during this Saturn transit. 🙏🏻
Thank you, Christopher. I have Saturn, Moon, and Chiron in Pisces in the 2nd house. I'm also going through my 2nd Saturn return. Ugh. Well, this explains why I have felt unwanted throughout my life. When I have expressed my emotions, I have been laughed at or yelled at. Not fun. I just go within.
I totally get it Alisa. No one wants to be laughed at or yelled at when they're expressing their feelings. I hope that this second Saturn return will bring a release from that cycle. It's often what second Saturn returns do. 😊

Wow I'm sitting here wondering about my second Saturn return which is just days away. I'm a professional astrologer but also work in the healing arts in various modalities. My business tagline is Be a lighthouse. For yourself and others. Saturn is the only planet in above the horizon in my chart. I have strong feelings about what this placement really means and I felt SEEN. Thank you for this, I turned it on and felt so understood, it moved me to tears. Thank you, this soul hears you.
So interesting to have Saturn in Jupiter's house. Tests and reaching limits in the sign of the boundless. How much compassion do we have? Where do we lose boundary to a fault? Thank you Christopher - really love the friend or foe and attitude about planets - very helpful. I think Saturn can be very strengthening. Saturn as virtuous. Perfect.
Deeply insightful and serendipitous as only it can be! In a rigorously mystical way that it resonates with me oddly enough as I interpret it personally and definitely on point, today's episode on Saturn in Pisces by the incomparable excellent Christopher Renstrom!
Thank you for linking Saturn with self fulfilling prophecy that was very helpful to visualise. I actually had a very literal experience of Saturn at the anaretic degree of Aquarius moving through my 12th house also conjunct mercury in Pisces where my neighbour crossed the border of his land (naively and illegally!) into mine and cut down a tree on my property. It took me a few days to recover from what I experienced as a violation and I certainly felt like a victim. I see the impact of Pisces/12th house on Saturn as something that potentially weakens Saturn’s ability to stand guard between worlds borders or between property lines in my case. Thank you again for your exquisite detail ❤
oh my, I find this episode incredibly thought provoking. especially for me with Sun 12th Aquarius 0'14...I thank you Christopher Renstrom for this most ...see above!! blessings.....🙏🙏🙏
Holy cow! Dear Christopher, ever since I began my journey in learning astrology 3 years ago, I wasn’t able to understand my Saturn in Pisces, in the first house😳, but you created such a clear picture of storytelling and examples that allowed me to see what this placement means. It breaks my heart to hear about the baby left at the church syndrome as not only do I have this placement but my daughter does, my husband and my friends. You have opened the door to my understanding and I hope to help my loved ones understand as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Interesting to hear the number 7 associated with Saturn as it’s my favorite number and with my ascendant in Aquarius and natal Saturn also in my first house as well, he’s a big part of my life! You’re amazing Christopher❤️🥰❤️🤩
I"m so glad that you enjoyed this week's episode on Saturn in Pisces. I know it must be heartbreaking to think of the placement in the charts of so many people you know, but think of the common bond this creates among all of you. You really understand where the other person is coming from and that's always a wonderful thing. 😊
I have Pluto at 0° in my 12th house. I also have Saturn conjunct my Sun in the 4th house. I think I'm the only one of my 6 siblings that fully felt the heaviness and sadness my mother carried for having endured a childhood with an alcoholic father who would disappear and then reappear. When he was present, there was frequent if not constant discord, and plenty of shouting between her parents. I never even knew the details or the extent of it till I was in my 50's, and my aunt told me about it. My mother said very little about her past, and even though she raised us very differently, and had a good husband, I could see her underlying sadness, even when i was young. I don't know what she did exactly to make a home so improved for us, but she's gone now, and I'm impressed. It must have been very difficult for her to make a rather good life for us. I was there when she died of cancer at age 79, and her anxiety surfaced on her deathbed. She worried that she hadn't done enough good in her life and wanted to live longer and prove herself, mostly to God, even though she had been a faithful fundamentalist Christian. It makes me sad. I do spend most of my time alone when I'm not working.
Your mother sounds like a very strong and caring woman. How wonderful to have been raised by her. I'm sure she's found her peace with God. God bless her. 😊
Dearest Christopher, you are spot on about Saturn in the 12th house. In our family there is a history of alcoholism and 'Chronos' illness. I've got a stellium in my 12th♓🤔 with saturn, my moon and chiron. I'm still learning to live a very healthy lifestyle and i'm making positive progress. With small steps but i feel better than ever. And doinf my own shadow work of asking myself what is this triggering in me, helps me to get more balanced and be kinder to people, have more understanding for their sorrow and pain. Thank you🙏thank you 🙏thank you🙏 my favourite astrologer🙌 for taking us with you in this incredible journey called life. You explain it so beautifully👑✨🪐🌞🌝🏆

the experience of persons with whom one thought might be of comfort in a time of crisis and loss...who further the pain by a hard response, or apparent glee at your suffering... is so bleak and shattering.

🖤
Christopher is honestly the most amazing storyteller! Every time I listen to him I go through ALL of the emotions. Just the best!
Oh, you are so sweet brandiblueeyes83. Thank you for your kind and encouraging words. 😊
I'm so glad that this week's episode resonated with you Darsit. And thanks for watching. 😊
@@christopherrenstromastro Thank you. It looks like Saturn return in Pisces will be bringing 6 inches of rain tonight. I got a CodeRed from the county to be prepared for flooding. Yikes!
@@alisaaustin8431 Yikes is right! I hope things turn out OK.
Christopher, you are such a gift to this world. Your knowledge and wisdom of how to share something in a manner that allows us to use the information is something that inspires me to try to do the same! I’m always grateful for diving deep with you in your videos. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind and encouraging words Inner Intuitive. It's a pleasure to deep dive with you too. 😊
No wonder i always feel more peace and joy in our sea temple here in our island since new year start spend more time in this temple more than other temples and today is our first day of our full moon ceremony too here, thank you for all your knowledge that you share for us here 🙏🙏🙏 rahajeng rahina purnima 🙏
Your temple sounds lovely. I wish I could visit it. 😊
I listened to Pearl Jams "Sirens" yesterday🤩
Thank you Chris for every Sunday story time!! I listened to you doing homework today. Sometimes im cooking or cleaning while listening too, or just relaxing and smoking. I look forward to next Sunday which is my birthday. I wonder what story you'll have for me✨️💛🌈
Stars FOREVER?! I love this name! Especially thinking about how physics itself has been determining we are made of stardust and so when we return to the other parts of the cosmos we're.. "ashes to ashes dust to dust" maybe that's STARdust not just...mud? In the meantime we're trans-dust while walking around in our human meat suits. Hahahaha. Seriously, happy birthday my fellow water sign. I love Pisces. One of my cats is a Friday the 13th Pisces. Baby Amy Tail Interrupted. 🐈⬛🐟 ☀️ 🦂 🌙 🦀 ASC ... My little spooky baby cat. She's very mystical and my moon is conjunct her ASC her moon conjunct my Sun. Have a lovely solar return! 🌞 🎂 🎉
Thank-you Christopher. My Father is a Piscean with Parkinsons who loves his astrology. You've given him sanctuary ❤
You're welcome Jay. And thank YOU for watching. And please tell your Father Hello😊 from me.
@@christopherrenstromastro will do 😊
I absolutely love the manner in your delivery of the truth! So enjoyable! 😘♥️ Thank you!
You're welcome Dorothy. And thank YOU for watching. 😊
Your words bring me comfort Christopher. Thank you 🙏🏽💙
Wow I'm sitting here wondering about my second Saturn return which is just days away.
And this soul hears you too, Catherine. It's nice to hear from another Lighthouse. 😊
I love Sunday Story-time. ❤
This was a brilliant dissertation. Thank you.
I can't wait for Epic the Musical to come out! A perfect Saturn in Pisces welcome!
Amazing, once again you've gone so deep and unlocked complete treasures for us. Thank you
What a fascinating way of explaining this placement... Fantastic storytelling as well, thank you.
Perfect.
Excellent reflections on Saturn in Pisces - Fellowship- thank you Christopher
Deeply insightful and serendipitous as only it can be! In a rigorously mystical way that it resonates with me oddly enough as I interpret it personally and definitely on point, today's episode on Saturn in Pisces by the incomparable excellent Christopher Renstrom!
You are very kind Genghis Galahad. Thank you for your encouraging words. 😊
What a magnificent interpretation ! Thank you!
You're welcome Prose2418. And thank you for sharing your story. I think we can all relate. 😊
So good.. I'm a Saturn in pisces..now I know why I feel this way.. and why I dislike seeing people who I perceive as "playing the victim"...
Wonderful,love this magnificient explanation.
Love from Portugal
oh my, I find this episode incredibly thought provoking. especially for me with Sun 12th Aquarius 0'14...I thank you Christopher Renstrom for this most ...see above!! blessings.....🙏🙏🙏
@@christopherrenstromastro so true, thanks Christopher ❤️
Brilliant Christopher. Your deep awareness is such a gift to us. Really. That was just beautifully said. Thank you
You're welcome Mimi. And thank YOU for watching.
I'm so glad that you enjoyed this week's episode Caramena A. 😊
Thank you so much for this beautiful talk Christopher. You brought me tears 🙏✨🌹
Fascinating! My family members fit this so well and tho I saw it, I didn’t 👀…now to figure how to alter the dynamic…will listen again! As always your examples are always eye opening! Thank you!❤
I"m so glad that this week's horoscope resonated with you. 😊
Absolutely loved this fantastic interpretation of Saturn in Pisces. I also enjoyed the brilliant examples from literature and Renaissance philosophy. This was a valuable episode and I learned so much. Really broadened and deepened my understanding of Saturn and the 12th house. Thank you. 🙏✨
You're welcome Julie. And thank YOU for watching. I really appreciate it. 😊
Listening again in June 2024 with Saturn Rx in Pisces. As always, learning so much from Christopher. I have Saturn in my natal 12th house(Libra, not Pisces).. I love, love love Christopher's description of Saturn as sanctuary. Over the the years Ive become accustomed to Saturn's tests, yet still appreciate Christopher's validation that good outcomes are possible, and depend on one's inner attitude. Yes, Charles Laughton was amazing as Quasimodo. Thank you Victor Hugo.❤
Incredible. Thank you!
This is a deep and practical lecture on this placement. One if the best I've heard.
Thank you!
Thank you for the video.
Wow! I'm almost through this but I have to say that the last part of pushing people away and then being hurt about people not paying attention to you really resonates with me 🥺. My Saturn is 5⁰ Pisces in my 4th. 2nd return will be in April (born in 1964). Thank you for this It has helped so much and I will definitely be watching it again.
I'm so glad that this week's horoscope resonates with you Laurie and I hope that you find it helpful. 😊
@Christopherrenstrom , you've out done yourself again!
You are sooooooooo anazing Chris
And you are too Dalia loves doggies! 😊
Thank you ❤
Most wonderful lesson ever❤️❤️❤️Like was directed to me,first I love Saturn and always understood it as planet that protects you(at least for me!),so nice the way you put it in words! Also, I really don’t like people that play the role of victim all the time, and I don’t allow myself to be a victim, don’t want anyone feeling sorry for me🤔Saturn in the first house would fit this description ?The best 12th house explanation!Thank you so much!Saving it to listen again 🙏
I"m so glad that this week's horoscope resonated with you. 🙂
I’ve got Saturn in Pisces in the 1st house and don’t like ever being perceived as a victim. 😢
@@giovannam7 I hear you. ☺
An absolutely beautiful narration/narrative of Saturn in Pisces 💗. Thank you!
the experience of persons with whom one thought might be of comfort in a time of crisis and loss...who further the pain by a hard response, or apparent glee at your suffering... is so bleak and shattering.
What a profound way to explain such a freighting thing as Saturn in Pisces ♓️ for me (got it’s transit in my AC) and definitely recognize that resistance to people play victim and will reflect on my own capacity to express sadness and worries
You're delightfully brilliant, Christopher!
And I love being a Pisces (sun)!
I am comfortable with Saturn. My 12th house is Capricorn with my North Node and Chiron. Saturn in tbe 9th house in Scorpio. All ok with me.
You are spot on about my husband's Saturn in Pisces in the 10th house. No father in his life; raised by grandparents (immature mother). He was very self reliant at a young age. Further, he cannot stand someone playing the victim!
Thank you Christopher for such a rich exploration of Saturn in Pisces. Especially the contemplation of fellowship of pain and awakening of connection in compassion. You have enriched my 2nd Saturn return ❤
This was in-depth... So good . I'm a Saturn 6th house.
That was very inspiring... I used to like to watch a science fiction movie on Sunday nights.. Now your lesson has replaced it... thank you!
It’s not so
Much the complaint or the worries or the dire circumstances- for me it’s when the don’t accept any help.
I liked this lecture. Thank you.
So helpful. Nailed it.Thank you!
Wow, Amazing.
I subscribe to aspect tweets and this came through while listening to this: “9:51am EST: Moon in Virgo biquintile Pluto in Capricorn. Gifts of brilliance from the heavens. It's a great time to put what you've discovered into practice. Suddenly this feels a whole lot easier than it used to. 05°Vi38' D 29°Cp38' D”. You are SO gifted, thank you for this 🌸
And thank YOU Chrissy for watching. 😊
Christopher just gets better with each episode! Incredible & so relatable. I learned so much applicable information!!! Thank you so much for this excellent & enjoyable talk. ❣️
You're welcome Patricia. And thank YOU for watching. 😊
Brilliant! Thank you.
Thank you for this... I really enjoy your explanations 🥳and videos.
The most entertaining and intelligent astrologer on the UA-cam. This video is 100% accurate and hit me hard. Please could I request one for Saturn in cancer?
The ending…expression of pain/trauma coming up all over the world. A trend…same boat? Compassion…healing🙏🙏
Profound !. This is my second Saturn Return and I am going to MASTER it this time.
Yes indeed.
As always thank you!! ❤️🙏🏼🌞
I have natal Saturn in my 12th house and I’m a Pisces (my 2nd house)… finally an explanation for ancestral pain and issues. I need me a reading with my sun coming around 3/9…deep gratitude Christopher❤
Beautiful soul thanks for this..🙏 Love&light xoxo
Love this. More CR storytelling. Always revelatory.
thank you Christopher. I like Saturn. He's ok, if you've done your homework........
Thank you for such a colourful message. You never disappoint! 😊🙏🏻
Saturn 27* conjunct 29* Uranus in Taurus in 12th house trine my Neptune 29* Virgo…you have further clarified my natal chart… Thank you so very much!
Last lifetime died in Gas Oven in the Holocaust, popped right back in… allergic to Petroleum products, and most chemicals…
Also co-owned a Nursing Home with my hubby, one of the top 4 in our state…state inspector relayed that info to me…
As I hate to speak on this subject..what Mr. Restroom has stated in reference to trauma and slavery and its effects rings true. This man understands astrologically....cause and effect of one of America's most tragic episodes in history. Hopefully some will understand the repercussions as he tries to explain from an astrological point of view.
Brilliant!
