    If your tramping in a van find a pure gym. Get a training session in and shower before you start the day. If no pure gym find a local gym or pool. Starting early ? Train and shower the night before, sorted.

      This may be a daft question but I'm a brand new tramper and I'm sure it'll depend on your company's policies regarding safety and security. Where do you park the truck whilst you're away?

      @@liamfry327 not sure how it would apply for a company owned lorry’s mate. But with a van that you own it’s easy.

    I dont have a heater in the van, so i either stay in a travelodge if temp is 5 or below. Travelodge are as cheap as £24, or if above 6 i sleep in the van, like you said pete is saves dead miles so works out better overall for me

    For me tramping is as much about the adventure and sense of independence more than anything else.
    I think you either get it or you don't, I get quite a few comments that I 'shouldnt have to tramp' etc, if people don't see the appeal they assume it's done out of desperation.
    It's much more fun when the sun is shining and there is enough work about though. Roll on the summer 🌞.

    I have been to some to some Stunning places in Scotland etc . But I have made use of the £35 a night premier inn deals at the moment, I even went to the Isle of Mull the other week , that was stunning as I am a photographer by trade it’s a good Opportunity for me to do some photography as well

    Been looking forward to if getting a bit warmer so I can get out more and not worry where I end up. To me it sounds like no down side, fewer dead miles, get to see the country more and once things start opening up again it should be even better because you won't just be stuck in the van when you finish for the day. Going to try and sort out a portable shower soon with some kind of tent enclosure around the back doors, not sure exactly how it will work yet but I've got an idea.

      I totally get this, last summer I tipped in Hastings at lunch time so spent the rest of the day on the beach and even went for a swim in the channel. Happy days 😁.

    Hi sir one question if you would like to answer
    As before starting courier exchange want to just know about the vans like Renault traffic or Vauxhall vivaro (LWB) are big enough to book the loads of lwb vehicles on the app
    Thanks please reply

    • @julianrowe9973
      @julianrowe9973 3 роки тому +2

      No they are no lwb are high roof mb sprinter or vw crafter or similar. Vivaro is a swb or mwb at a push

    • @vanontherun2843
      @vanontherun2843 3 роки тому +2

      As Julian has said a Trafic Vivaro cannot do LWB jobs. I had a LWB Trafic and changed to LWB Nissan NV400 in January.
      In a LWB Trafic you can bid on all SWB jobs and below with confidence, if the load details are on the job you might be able to do the occasional MWB job.

    • @vanontherun2843
      @vanontherun2843 3 роки тому +2

      The Trafic LWB is the LWB version of a SWB van, LWB on the CX is something else.
