Very nice concept. Resellers and thrift shops are being very greedy with their inventory so now all the good stuff is getting harder to find. This would help bring better stuff in the resale market!
@@nika4843 I didn’t say resellers aren’t renting these booths but atleast it gives individuals a chance to sell their own items at a fair price versus walking into a second hand shop that low balls everything you have.
Sharing a retail space is not a new concept. Another company has been doing this for years. Here's more info on Indy Clover: -$30 per week or $120 per month. -the store takes 1/3 or 33.3% of total sales. Let's assume there are 55 booths, the company would make 55 x $120 = $6,600 in rent per month at full capacity. If they have $1,000 in sales per day, they would make almost $10,000 in commission each month ($30,000 x 33.3% = $9,990). Let's just say the revenues is $16,600. The company would have to pay for rent, utility, employees, and other costs. You probably can get by with just one full-time employee at $4,000 per month... electricity bill $1000... rent $6000, others $1,000. You can probaby net around $5,000 to $6,000 per month.
@@Krystal_Kitty7 It's not as easy as it looks. The math is based on the assumption that all the booths are rented out and there is consistent sales. If there is an economic downturn and business slows down, people might not be willing to rent the booths. To attract people to visit the store, the booths must have high quality items at reasonable prices that customers want to buy. Otherwise, customers will stop coming, words spread, and the business will experience a slow death.
@@George-f8h For 5.00 a week I don't think it would deter people from trying to sell their things for extra cash. And for the buyers finding a deal instead of shopping retail would help in economic hard times. I win win really.
I get where people are coming from but I’m pretty sure this is like a hybrid of a swap, consignment and thrift store not an actual model of the current ones.
Similar in a way but not the same, consignments take 50% profit plus they will only take certain things, with this you bring everything in and set up like indoor flea market type
None of the consignment stores I've ever been to allow you to set your own price. They just price it at whatever they want then decrease the price as time goes by.
It's like having an antiques booth. Great concept.

You're a fool if you think resellers aren't also renting those booths haha! But carry on. Ignorance is bliss, I suppose.

So it’s a consignment store on steroids!
Isn’t this just a swap meet? I mean i know i can be slow sometimes but this sounds awfully similar to a swap meet. This is a NEW concept?
It’s really just a consignment shop. You literally have tons of these in my town and the surrounding towns here in Oregon. This is not a new concept
Sounds nice in concept……until the SHOPLIFTERS show up!!!
This is how we have done tens of years flea markets in Finland, minus the commission 🙄
Indoor Swap Meet?! Yeah, totally new concept...
Great concept! I like the profit sharing
Great idea 👍👍
Nice idea for a passive income.
That is an excellent concept that will surely explode with success!
Great idea

A Flea market or garage sale. Business is booming. So that means plenty of unemployed people in vegas..
