We love Zach, get him back on that XCW!!! Had those Showa air forks and they sucked but the bike did corner like a beast. The worst thing about that Suzuki is the brakes (Nissin and they grab super bad very dangerous front brake). Great Shlog.

You can remove the heat marks on the pipe with a buffer and some cutting compound, you can't even tell the pipe was repaired, not really necessary but it looks nice.

I just saw on Dirt n Iron that by him they were selling brand new 2024 RMZ 450's for $6999.99!!! (down from $9199.99). Now for THAT price, I'd buy one! Also, IMO it's still one of the better looking bikes with the yellow/black and blue color combo.
A friend of mine has a 2023, turned it into a woods bike. Really smooth power and zero maintenance issues. As soon as they put a push button start on um, I'm in.
I did that once. Could be that he either left some sort of solvent like gasoline or didn't dry the water out of it before oiling the filter.

250 4strokes tighten the left and 450 4 strokes do the right side. Yep, dont ask me why either. Its just that way.
I'v always taken the rubber mounts and o rings off when blowing out pipes in fear of them melting, ever had a problem with that?
Also a wire wheel on the end of my impact gun gets rid off all the heat discolouration. Love the channel keep the content coming!

In the SETRA days 25 years ago the KX250 was done in six months. Not sure I'd want a Kawasaki now, at least not for racing. Peace.
He's still just as angry too!

Hi Morgan, I was able to find an Keihin 38 mm Airstryker with JD jetting kit in it. The carb came off a 300 XCW and I want to put it on our 150 XCW and am wondering if there is a difference between the needle size or tapper between the 300 and the 150, or do they use the same needle and all I need to do is jet and set needle height for the 150? Thank you!
Those skf seals, orange contact surface , came on ktms forks, near past…..and made by skf

Have u ever done a 10 second wot on a yz 125 to figure out main jet? I did and my soot ring looks good but my plug strap is really white
