It’s funny that I’ve only realised now that the most classic Russian sweets are the ones with the most difficult names:) In fact, they are mostly just words with diminutive suffixes. But still can be so hard to pronounce…

Oooh exciting to try new treats! I loved the whispering, you're without a doubt one of the queen's of ASMR, and your light mouth sounds when eating are really relaxing.
The only thing with this video has been the packaging noises, they are not relaxing at all for me, but can't be helped!!

I am very glad that you enjoyed Russian treats and I must say that we have quite similar tastes because treats you didn’t like are also not my cup of tea.
This box is very diverse but it's a pity that it has so many waffles inside, they are not as popular here as they might seem. I wish they put more different types of sweets or candies instead. 😊

That last snack got me interested as to why I’ve never tried currant in the USA, turns out it’s illegal to grow in a large portion of The States because it carried a pine tree threatening disease in 1911. Some states lifted the ban in 2003 but it’s still hard to grow large amounts of currants in the USA🤯

@@costumeninja1914 I’m the most freedom loving American you’ll meet, however it is just plain dumb to allow for the mass cultivation of invasive species to our environment. I live in Florida and we have almost no orange groves left, because a Chinese tree virus completely wiped them out in recent years. Yeah, I’m okay with banning that stuff 👌🏼

Haha, I have known this channel for quite a while now, this video is one of my favourites. It is on my ASMR playlist and I watch it from time to time bc is such a tingly video for me. Only now I actually looked at the views and likes anf saw how few of us are around here hahaha. Not that it matters, but It is surprising; I have always thought this video has on the tens of thousands likes mark. Truly a hidden gem.

I know another of the content creators I watch on UA-cam does a lot of trying foreign candy videos and gets most of them from TryTreats. All I remember taking away from that video is that quite a lot of Russian candy is wafer-based.
Gosh, how have I not discovered your channel yet... i haven't gotten along with too many English accents (Northern English myself) but i'm loving your videos, you kinda sound like actor/comedian Diane Morgan to me, she's awesome too!
AND I LOVE northern European candy/sweets/treats... i've eaten several of these before and I could almost taste them again!

I think you made an understandably easy mistake to make.
Cockroach= таракан
Cockerel or rooster = петушок

I got my first try treats box, today, I always see yours always have some sweets in them and some yummy looking stuff, of course this is one had all kinds of funky stuff, ughh. Theres a couple good things, but most of it is those funky asian flavors, or just not very exciting, Hopefully next month will be more exciting, your boxes always look like they have some exciting stuff... suffice it to say I will not be visiting Taiwan for it's culinary treats, lol. I can't wait to get a box with some yummy sweets.
Yeah, not every box I've has had things in it to my taste, but that's the point I guess, and why it's called Try Treats!

I love this video, but your loud smacking while you eat is a turn off. You might want to try chewing a small bite and then describing. The Sound of your chewing is relaxing, but when you start talking with food in your mouth and it smacks loudly, it's very gross. I will try others and see if it isn't as noticeable because I do enjoy the food trying videos.
Unfortunately, it's impossible to please everyone.
