- Welcome along to your private doughnut tasting consultation! This is one of these videos that I just thought might be relaxing to sit back and listen - perhaps even join along and eat something delicious as you relax or perhaps fall asleep too.
There were a few issues in this video that I won't point out, incase you hadn't noticed them and therefore are completely un-troubled by. However if you do notice them, please accept my apologies! I would have re-shot the entire video but finding the time to even make 1 video a week just now is difficult! I do not really want to be profiting off content I do not consider anything close to quality, so by way of an apology, i'll be donating all the revenue from this video to charity. I currently donate a portion of the channels earnings to a charity called Scope every month, however i'll be donating this videos revenue to cancer research instead!

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.

Idk if you’ve answered this elsewhere but why cancer research? No judgement at all I just got my first full time job and would like to donate some to charity and was wondering as to your thought process on the matter. I’m leaning towards third world school as of right now

I don't really listen to them before going to bed but they're super useful to help me focus while I study or to relax when I come home from work. And not only for your voice (which is already great) but also for the care you put into them. You always do an amazing job and you seem a really good and gentle person, I wish you all the best!

I follow a handful of ASMR channels who constantly upload, but I always look forward to yours. I prefer yours to actually sleep to over others, which are as background noise usually. The way you describe things makes each video feel like I'm really there, feeling and tasting the things you give us. I always say "Matt uploaded!" out loud whenever you do to my boyfriend, who knows I look forward to your videos.
Just know that even though you may feel like you're not putting your 100% or your videos aren't perfect, we still love them. What makes your videos special isn't the elaborate setup and ideas, although they are wonderful, but it's the way you describe things. Simple things like donuts or cheese tasting seems like so much fun the way you describe it! You're well spoken and we can all agree on that, because you said yourself you don't script. That's all you and that's what separates you from other ASMRists. Keep being you and don't be so hard on yourself!

The one thing I appreciate about your videos is that compared to other ASMR channels I'm subscribed to, your roleplays are more natural, the ASMR isn't forced because you're not tapping, scratching, or doing anything out of context for each video. Your voice is very relaxing to listen to and the overall content of each video is just great. Thank you for the effort and hardwork.
Same. I hate it when an artist breaks the roleplay to tap on something. Totally ruins the flow, he's basically ad-libbing the whole thing.

Seeing Matt going from smooth and relaxing to aggressively biting the hell out of the doughnut just made me crack up.

I almost always hate ASMR eating sounds, but whenever Matt eats anything in his roleplays I get instant tingles. Not sure why he's the only exception, but I'm certainly not complaining! Thanks Matt!

I'm always digging for that SEO knowledge, and given that you're one of my favorite ASMRtists do you feel your tags are as good as they could be? I just think your subscriber count should be a lot higher. Always confuses me. I think you should aim at some longer phrases and certainly some more direct tags like ... use doughnut in your tags for this video perhaaaaps? There's so much competition for the tags you've used that maybe some more specific phrases could help. I dunno... I think I've watched this video 20 times and I don't even eat doughnuts.... maybe I miss them? :) Also some tags to do with male voice in some way could be good. Glad I found you, just feel sometimes it's quite the battle to have someone stumble across your video. I know that pain. :)
This is the exact type of asmr I’ve always been searching for. I usually watch only female artists, but I’m so glad I decided to give this channel a chance. Definitely my new favorite. All of the food related videos are incredible. Exceptional quality on all of them though. I appreciate the time and effort so much. Much better than most with the enticing adjectives with less repetition and more variety.

This is a great , relaxing video. I wouldn't say I'm one for traditional ASMR food eating videos, but I love these types of videos you make (sugar dealer, the meat and cheese video) because they are about really savoring and enjoying this delicious food, something I think we tend to forget in the hustle and bustle of life.

A day with a new upload from this channel is what I call a good day
As much detail as you put into your videos you should have at least 1.5M subs but it will get there, great videos doesn't matter how many times I watch it I still get relaxed which isn't very common you have talent. Ps thx for these great videos.
If his schedule allowed him to upload more frequently, he'd definitely have more. But I prefer it this way, it is part of what gives each video it's memorable "magic"

I didn't think I would enjoy your doughnut tasting or sugar tasting videos as much, but I gave them a try & I love them. I'm severely diabetic & haven't had a doughnut or real sugar n so long I thought if I watched, it would drive me n2 a two week sugar binge. But it's been opposite that, I enjoy that you can enjoy them.
