This video makes we want to collect honey! My coworker has her own honeybee farm and she gives me jars of her honey every so often. It's the best honey I've ever had; it's light, almost clear, and tastes very floral. It's like eating perfume, but in a good way. Sometimes it actually has pollen it, which is interesting. Great video!
+Indie That's amazing! I wish I knew someone with their own bees. Very cool. What you're describing sounds very similar to the Champlain honey - it IS like eating perfume in a good way, exactly! Some honey truly tastes so floral.

This might seem really strange but I think about this and your previous honey video all the time. For some reason the idea of collecting honey and your obvious passion for it, combined with the extremely pleasant nature of your videos (and their effectiveness!) totally struck me. It's been a year and a half and every couple months I'll remember your honey videos. I just moved to a city on the east coast that has a super bougie honey store that I walk by all the time and I think of your videos every single time I pass it. I just wanted to reach out and thank you for creating such wonderful videos that have helped give me some great nights of sleep!

Seeing comments like this really helps me stay inspired and helps me to always remember that my videos truly have a positive impact on the lives of others. Who knew something as simple (yet wonderful!) as honey could bring online communities together! I'm glad you liked the newest honey video, as well. I agree with a comment that someone else recently made - that honey videos might be my 'signature' and I plan on creating new honey videos every few months (once I finish my current reserves and get more!). I'm especially excited to bring local Farmer's Market honeys into my videos this coming spring and summer. Those are the tastiest ones ever. I’m obsessed with this video because i love honey, I never ever watch female asmr videos because I feel like they try to hard where as men sounds are genuine and natural. But yourrrrs is natural and comfortable too ☺️💆🏽♀️

+Justine Fetter I'm happy too! I filmed FOUR VIDEOS this past weekend. FOUR!!! Like, in one day, in a row!!! This had NEVER been possible with my old set-up. I am only able to do this thanks to my new equipment set-up - I am truly so thankful for it! So I think it's a fairly realistic and positive resolution :) Glad you learned something new! That's half of what my videos are all about. Hint: The other half is all about ASMR ;)

I'm also a fan of honey andd kind of collect it 😃 however I collect different specific plant honey, I love how different honey from different plants look and taste. So far my favourites are buckwheat (the purer, the darker, very dark brown, almost black liquid when fresh; also tastes very different from usual light kinds of honey), then raspberry honey and osier honey (this one is very light and almost has a green tint to it when crystallised, but stays very creamy).
Creamed honey is the best! Lovely video, by the way. :)

I was surprised to learn that so many honey products sold in the USA contain very little honey because we have no requirements on the honey content in something sold as 'honey'. Apparently in other countries they are much stricter so when you buy honey you will actually get real honey and not some chemical concoction. Though if you get honey that is crystallized or contains a bit of the honeycomb then that's probably real honey with little to no additives.
Hey there! Did you watch the Netflix documentary, "Rotten" ? I watched that a few days ago, myself. After I finish this batch of Trader Joe's honey, I'll definitely be buying ONLY local, raw honey from my area in the future
Hadn't heard of the documentary. It was just something that I had read not long ago. Really disappointing as there's no easy way to tell if you are buying the real thing unlike with honey where if there is honeycomb in the container then it's almost certainly close to pure honey. www.mybeeline.co/en/p/us-76-percent-is-fake-honey

She tells me the best palate cleanser for honey tasting is just plain old water. I didn't believe her, but I looked it up online and there it was. Have a great day!

It confused me because at first I wasn't sure if it was me or not :D I had the video on speakers since I was sitting at the pc for a long time and headphones are always a bit irritating.
Megan, do you ride hunt, saddle seat,
western, or other? Maybe you've told us and I missed it.
+Castiel Landsteiner No worries! Either English or Dressage saddle, but English style of actual riding. In the past, I've done jumping, polo, trail, natural horsemanship, ground driving/long-lining, western. But yeah, generally English style (very relaxed - usually just walk/trot because we have small arenas where I work). Now I just ride for free/schooling our Therapeutic lesson horses. I haven't ridden since mid-November though because of my latest back injury (not related to riding - I just have a chronic disc issue). The latest injury has healed but I want to just take some time for now and not ride and enjoy my pain-free back! : ) So at the moment, I only do unmounted ground work with our horsies. SORRY IF THIS WAS TMI : )

She's looking into colleges that cater to riders : ) Watching her interact with the horses leads me to believe it's a gift. Riding has enhanced her life beyond measure. Horse people are special souls. I hope you feel better fast and your back and hand heal quickly.
Heeyy loved ur video ! but ur not supposed to eat honey with a spoon but you need to use a plastic one or with a wooden spoon thats the best. Because the vitamines in honey will dissapear if you eat it with a normal spoon sorry for my bad english
Thanks! But I have neither plastic utensils nor wooden utensils that'd be small enough to fit inside the little honey jars, so I will live with the decisions I've made :)

Tiffany Nelson I used to think the same thing. My reason is because of watching Winnie the pooh and the honey in his jar was yellow and at the time butter was the only yellow food I'd seen that would go in jars. lol. 😀

Papa John's - I suggest turning down your volume on your device or headphones. This way, people who do not use headphones can still hear the video volume loudly enough through external speakers. Good luck! :)
MegInWhispers isn't that the point of ASMR? Using headphones for relaxing?
Papa John's - Absolutely, for some. I usually listen to ASMR with my external speakers while I cook or clean, so it's in the ear of the beholder. my point is, it's easier to turn one's volume down to a level that they prefer than limit the potential volume for everyone by keeping it all super quiet. I am grateful when ASMRtists make their volume adjustable, so I do the same. Have a good night! :)
