I'm an Electro Mechanic Technician at Kemco Systems in Florida and I deal with these every day. I assemble and wire and test industrial water heaters with these burners on them. Pretty cool to see that these are used all around the place! This video was very informative!

those ovenpaks are reliable, but damn you step outside of the turndown ratio, the CO goes parabolic fast.
