Sleep 9-10 hours daily.
Deep sleep without any distractions will help for sure.
You can also use castor oil, argan oil or almond oil to massage your eyelids before sleeping.

@@lemonflower. don’t stress dear, there’s children starving to death and wars going on, iv had ppl especially at that age say why is ur nose so big to me. And it hurt, now I’m 30 years old, married to a beautiful woman, life is great and I use to be soo self conscious about it, now I laugh at the thought. U will get there too. However if you really want to fix it you have to see a doctor to refer you to an eye specialist. Only way is surgery I’m pretty sure, I went to eye doctor and he said yep if u want to fix it u need cosmetic surgery, costs a few thousands and has risks

@@ftc_oxy2929 yes it eventually folded back to normal. But my lid space on one eye is larger than the other eye when my eyes are open. Not complaining through since it finally looks normal again. I will say that getting extra sleep, massaging on eye creams, and taking breaks off of screens helped for me.
