This is great I'm so glad I found you, my husband takes his lunch to work everyday without a microwave or any way of warming it up so this is awesome thank you so much. I will have to try this for him
I know this video is a few years old but it’s my first video of yours I’ve come across and love it mate. I work different places all the time there warmed lunches arent an option so these will be great, minimal cooking and good healthy stuff. Earned yourself a subscriber
Food waste is a huge problem and one issue with this comes from leftovers of hot meals. People just outright lose interest in reheating meals if they are used to better tasting hot meals. If a household gets used to eating cold meals, and hot meals only occurs rarely and in small batches, then it's more likely to finish everything without much leftovers thrown out. Things that uses bread or dough and is eaten hot as pizzas or bread for instance, is horrible to reheat or eaten cold sometimes, not to mention very hard on the digestion after it goes cold after freshly baked. But things that are naturally prepared hot but is preferably chilled to eat, and can be eaten cold, is best as you can always chill it and finish the rest later if you portion it out. Not sure if you can utilize gelatin or desserts to make a sort of cold meal for that.
Your recipes look amazing and may I share a tip? I use cast iron exclusively. If you season the pan well it helps. And also when you set anything down in the pan, scoot it around a bit until it toasts a little and it will not stick. AND you don’t miss out on that DELICIOUS cast iron imparted FLAVOR! (Actual Cajun here, watching from Louisiana). Thanks for your ideas- fun to watch!
kidney beans?? no, no, no! PINTO - thats whatcha need. Or even black beans. Tip: put a little cheese on the tortilla first, add filling then another sprinkle of cheese (the cheese is the glue)
You'd save more calories by not using the pasta than not using the cheese. Also, low-fat mayo is higher in sugar. Best to go with full fat, with an avocado oil mayo, or make your own with olive oil.
I'm new to the meal prep and healthier eating. How do people who are new to it manage the portion sizes? I feel as though I'm not full and I'm hungry again at 8pm at night.
Just came across this channel I nearly subscribed until I realised you don't put the amount of calories protein and so forth for each meal! That would be super handy!
Cast iron shouldn’t stick if seasoned and preheated properly ☺️ thanks for the ideas otherwise! I’m pretty sure my husband will be thankful to not have his normal turkey and cheese sandwich 🤪
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16 "Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." John 3:3 Everyone please know that Jesus is the son of God and no one who rejects this truth and chooses not to believe this will enter God's kingdom. Jesus is returning soon. Please seek HIM and get ready 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Food looks good, but I don't know how you can call a hot sandwich or a quesadilla "meal prep". I can't imagine people are making a hot sandwich or quesadilla and storing them in the fridge to eat 4 days later, it's just not going to taste very good.
Hello, honestly, your videos are amazing and I did drop a sub but it would be great to see your UA-cam account be more organized. Like with the playlist and All
I understand you want that color on the spices, but 25 minutes at 180 is waaaaay too long for those beasts. They are dry for sure after that, which kind of spoils the whole thing. 12-14 minutes is probably the sweet spot for breasts that size. Looks delicious otherwise :) and I love your recipes.
Oh my goodness, it's 2:15am and I'm watching this now I can't wait to go shopping for ingredients to make these....yum
2:35 am lmao
3:43 am for me I was looking for meals to eat when working out
2:11 am for me
1:21 for me lol

The old “tortilla over the shoulder for luck after accidentally dropping it on the floor” trick..I love it!! 😂😇
That Cajun chicken baguette looks delicious!! That’s the first one I’ll try when I’m back at work! 👌🏼
Love these! Would love a series of these cold lunches! 🙏🏽
This is great I'm so glad I found you, my husband takes his lunch to work everyday without a microwave or any way of warming it up so this is awesome thank you so much. I will have to try this for him
Can all of these be made the night before work, stored in the fridge overnight and then eaten cold at work? Thank you
Tried all 3 recipes and they are All 🔥!!! To good to be true ! Thank you so much!

Thank you for the suggestion to use parchment paper in the skillet when cooking tortillas.

On the chicken salad I chopped the cucumbers and added to the dress. Perfect. Thanks bro

If you wanted to keep the cheese in the Tuna Pasta dish whilst also adding more protein you could always add some Eatlean cheese :)
Maaaate these look amazing! 😋😋 makes me miss chicken!
ELAVATE!! 😂😂
You can also add balsamico vinegar in the salad instead of olive oil if you want to try something different!
These all look good. Even the tuna one lol
my boyfriend only will eat meat and cheese things but maybe i can trick him into eating some of these haha
I just made the pasta salad, delicious!!
for extra protein for the baguette you can add an egg on top
Wait wait wait. You can eat quesadillas cold? I’m set!
All 3 recipes look amazing! I’m loving your channel 😀
Can’t wait to try these!! 🤤
Sir, what's your definition of tablespoon?
Thank you!!
I'm new to the meal prep and healthier eating. How do people who are new to it manage the portion sizes?
I feel as though I'm not full and I'm hungry again at 8pm at night.
Usually with a food scale. Measure out each ingredient to consistently have the same amount of food.
Looks amazing! Thanks.
Will try thanks 😊

Anyone got any alternative for tuna in the pasta salad, maybe a veggie option??🤔
I'm gonna try veggie tuna lol (like fake meat tuna)
Chickpeas or Black beans have a lot of protein.
baguettes are only yummy the first day
Great that these are high in protein but wouldn’t they also be very high in carbs?
Carbs aren’t bad
Hahah “ EleVAtE” 😂
Cast iron shouldn’t stick if seasoned and preheated properly ☺️ thanks for the ideas otherwise! I’m pretty sure my husband will be thankful to not have his normal turkey and cheese sandwich 🤪
Any vegetarian substitutes for chicken that aren’t processed ?
Try Tempeh or Tofu
Or Cooked sweet potato wedges
Finally😍
is it ok to leave this in the fridge for a week without it going bad?
Doing a little research so i can eat healthy during my junior year of high school😂😭
How long can you store the Chicken baguette in the refrigerator for?
7 days without
food poisoning, 5 days for flavor
Store the filling separate then put it in the bread the day you want to eat it.

Hate to break it to ya but tortilla shells don't stick in cast iron!
He has flare 😁
Roughly a teaspoon my guy put 10 teaspoons worth lol

If you store each piece between a few paper towels it will cut down on the soggyness and add the tomato pieces when serving
If the cast iron is seasoned properly nothing will stick
ELEVATE.

Why did the camera man start breathing heavy when you said “you couldn’t fit it all in your mouth” smdh 😂
Camera man breathing heavy bro
Person behind the camera stop breathing lol jkjk
I completely disagree with you about the quesadilla being good cold 😂
Looks good, but is it me or was there a grown man breathing in my ear the whole time?
he could have kept doing that thing while saying elevate for the rest of the video id have been entertained.
Why all this mayo???? It makes all taste the same.
"Two tablespoons of mayo"
Puts in 4 tablespoons 🙄
Bro can’t keep his hands still
