Found this through The Godfather recipe, seriously HOW THE HELL IS YOUR CHANNEL NOT HUGE ! 👌 one of the most enjoyable food channels Iv found and seriously impressed with the editing. Keep at it dude seriously your going to become a regular for me
I have not watched this yet (in a place w bad wifi) but I know it’s high quality because all of them are. You’re so good at making these videos and I hope you’re blow up in views soon :)
This movie is one of the few movies that captures the reflective power of food on our Psyche... Miles’ description of Pinot Noir is also a reflection of his own personality and desires, the need for him to find the right person who can take the time to know him and come to understand him and his quirks ad not reject him. Lots of movies that have food in them don’t always use the nature of the food to reflect on the nature of the characters and when a film can do so, it’s always a treat to see. That being said on a few tangents I am a big Thomas Hayden Church fan, he’s a wonderful and versatile actor and third, on the topic of Ostrich food, the film Eight legged Freaks with David Arquette, features an ostrich burger since the town in the film is an old mining town for a mine that has dried up, the local land owner who owns the town’s only mega shopping mall, also owns the resident Ostrich farm and so sells ostrich burgers in the food court of his mall.
Totally! One of the big reasons I wanted to do Sideways is how character driven the pinot noir is with Miles. And you're right there aren't many movies like it in that way. And yes I too love Thomas Haden Church, such an underrated actor and he kills it in this flick. Particularly love his Southern California dialect. And thank you so much for the Eight Legged Freaks suggestion, forgot about that movie but after doing this episode, want any excuse to work with Ostrich again!

Love the show and recipe. Was this a reupload though?
Thank you so much! And yeah had to re-edit a bit because of copyright issues so it's both a little tighter now and evaded a copyright claim
