There's one thing I discovered right after making this video! You can also open mussels for a slim chance of getting a pearl, but if it fails, you'll just get 1 shard (and lose the mussel)! I said to keep at least 5 pearls in the video, but, you should keep at least 18.
You can get a globe, that foretells the weather. When the forecast is rain or snow, don't water your crops. The rain starts at midnight, but the game decides at 7 o'clock, whether the crops were watered. So you get 2 waterings out of one rainy day. You get the globe, by bugging an invisible guy in the village several times,
I didn't care or really know about Xianxia stuff before Beware of Chicken, but now I'm really into this setting. Seeing this on humble bundle has me interested and these videos seem to punt to it being a worth while purchase. Thanks for the tips!
I would add to rebuild the main hall as fast as possible! I rebuilt it on my first day of summer and when they told me that I can get free stuff every season I was so angry at myself for prioritizing other things and missing out on my first spring presents. Seriously though, this game has to offer soooo much, I'm really glad I bought it. It's so so fun to unlock and rebuilt everything. I like the fast-paced passing of days as it makes me actually play through several years without worrying too much about waiting too long for certain things to reappear again 😂 Also the artstyle is so beautiful ♡ Sometimes I just stand around and enjoy the watercolor scenery.
Great tip, the main hall should definitely be a priority! And yeah the game is just so fun and I also love the art, my favorite is how the forest changes with each season. Such an underrated game honestly!
This Chinese cultivation spiritualism is very complex. I've got 295 hrs (just scratching the surface) in Amazing Confusion...er...Cultivation Simulator, so I've had an intro to the subject. I'm hoping Immortal Life might be ACS-lite. Thanks for the excellent vid.
Perfect timing! Been playing this game almost non-stop! Thanks for the tips, I'm ashamed for ignoring the merchant, calendar and courses! Should've played this sooner! I'm kinda cleansing myself from playing a game I shouldn't have haha! 🔫🔫🔫
I haven't played this game yet, but this is excellent content! I think every big game you play in depth deserves a video like this. Your AWL video of this type was very helpful. I would have ignored Pui's begging and not really fished if it weren't for that info.
Note that if you miss the time for the first class you can still take the second and/or third class as long as you go before those classes start. Also, when you do the cooking quests from the guy outside the kitchen (necessary to unlock the sect kitchen I think?), you will remain in the kitchen after completing it so you can use the kitchen for free then.
There aren't many guides that seem useful for this game, I cannot believe I thought I needed all the categories to be full for a breakthrough! I've been staring at certain stats being full for a while 😂
Great video! It actually made me pick up the game again, I kinda dropped it because farming is SO slow, everything from planting to gathering crops takes forever, but I see there are tools and spells that make it much more quicker.
Very good points, and would love help with the gift guide! Thank you for this video, seriously thank you cause I did not know the kitchen was for the whole term.
Thanks for the great tips! This game is truly a wonderful cozy game. It has tons of charm and content 😄 I love hoarding in games so that wasn’t hard for me, I quickly noticed it was smart to hang on to crops, but made making money extra challenging.
I would love more tips and trick videos for this game. I am enjoying playing it so much! I bought it back in early access, but have waited for the full release to play it so i can fully enjoy it.
Started this game again after the full release, thank you especially for the crop selling tips!! This is a really amazing game that also sits back and watches you regret your financial decisions TT_TT
Started playing the game recently and the one thing I detest in the game, and tends to overthrow my enjoyment of it is the fact that I need to have whatever I'm going to be using in my inventory even while working on the workbench. Having to go back and forth to a storage or crystal gets tiresome after a while with the amount of things you have to do in the game. Plus I've never been so poor in a game. lol Aside from these I am actually enjoying the game.
Hi Josh! Are you going to do a review of Immortal Life? I wanted to know if they have marriage? Would you say there are missables? Would you say this game is a must buy for farming sim buffs? Thank you!
Don't worry too much about it! There are lots of things the game doesn't explain well, but in the end there are no time limits or big consequences so you'll be fine. 😃
Would like to ask if the game has a Return Home function or Waypoint system. My friend started playing before me and remarked that the game doesn't have any >
@@catalinac7587 kinda taxing not having such a function on the long run tbh, the distance racks up. especially since this is a wuxia cultivation series. I was expecting to have the same light pillar teleport function or riding a flying sword or something rofl.

18... that's a lot 😂
Would absolutely love the gift guide video. Can't wait to dive back into this game

Nice Josh, lots there. I didn't ever look at the rarity number but it's good to know when your grinding for a certain rare item.
It took me so long to figure out what that number meant, there's so much stuff this game doesn't tell you!
Great vid! You brought up a lot of things I found confusing when I first played the game ^^

This is so helpful, thank you josh!
Great and helpful video, Josh! Thanks for all these tips. And I would definitely watch an Immortal Life gift guide video if you make one 👍
Very good points, and would love help with the gift guide! Thank you for this video, seriously thank you cause I did not know the kitchen was for the whole term.
awesome guide josh thank you so much

I bought this game because of your videos and now I'm obsessed with it! 😭 ❤️
Thanks for the tips! I've been playing this game a lot, and I still didn't know a few of these, like the kitchen being rented the whole solar term 😅

keep the goldfish than chen gives in one of his paper cranes. eventually you will need it for a marketboard quest.
Befriending Wei Hong unlocks upgraded versions of this games Sprinklers. One of the more important NPC's to befriend.
I unlocked them while I had about half a heart with him. 🤔 Maybe it changed at some point but I don't think you need to befriend him for the wells.
I meant the automated versions of them.@@JoshGamingGarden
This is such a beautiful game and I like to know more about it. Please make more Guides + tips & tricks Videos about immortal Life ☺️🥰
Hi Josh! Are you going to do a review of Immortal Life? I wanted to know if they have marriage? Would you say there are missables? Would you say this game is a must buy for farming sim buffs? Thank you!
Thats quite a lot things to be aware of for us not to make a mistake early,
Im kinda overwhelmed 😅
Don't worry too much about it! There are lots of things the game doesn't explain well, but in the end there are no time limits or big consequences so you'll be fine. 😃
1:06 so where is that gift guide video?
I haven't played this game yet. In videos, the MC looks really similar. How much customization for the MC is there? Gender? Hair style? Looks?
Thanks!
I reallyyyyy like this game! It does the things I hateeee coral island muchhhh better like combat and mining !
Does it play great on a controller? Looking to get this for my Steam Deck
According to Protondb it works well on deck
Would like to ask if the game has a Return Home function or Waypoint system. My friend started playing before me and remarked that the game doesn't have any >
It doesn't, but the map is pretty small

This is a very late reply but at some point you can actually craft potions that let you return to the start of a dungeon or to your farm.
@@Yithiru thank you for updating me XD i've started a new playthrough just a few days ago and this information is heartening
Is this on switch or pc? For now?
this game on switch?
Does Immortal Life allow you to have relationships with both genders?
I definitely want a gift guide. That would really help. I sold my legendary crop.. May, I might start over 😂😢
Haha don't start over, you will get more, one great thing about this game is that there are no time limits! 😅
