"The beautiful ppl, it's all relative to the size of your steeple." Bc all I had the energy to find is how high the top point of a church towers at. Ppl can be completely simple... never underestimate the power of ppls unintelligencegencegence :). Bc I actually always give ppl more credit than what they deserve, just to be dissapointed...He is saying some simple sh... But some ppl can't even grasp that sh even. So in comparison, that's pretty wise :/. Ppl need to comment more. That way I can blow up comment sections more & hide more too. Or maybe not... at least I can find my past comments easier & delete them.

Man, do I miss when musicians, everything from rock to hip hop, actually had balls... The planets must've been assigned to have had Marilyn Manson and Eminem at the top of their game at the same time. The late 90s and early 00s was such a great time for music.

Scary as sh*t, but this guy is seriously clever: we shouldn't fear anything. It's fear that causes so much pain to ourselves and others. See the beauty in others, no matter how different they look. His interview in Michael Moore's "Bowling for Columbine" is pure class.
accidentally started quietly singing this song in my school (which is a Mormon private school. I'm not religious just there for the education.) freaking the teacher out thinking I have lost my mind.
***** Dude, I'm not ashamed. His music is just fucked up, like his videos. And to say that he's not very popular is fucking ridiculous. Marilyn Manson is one of the most popular metal faces from 90's and 2000's. Try not to make Marilyn someone who's hard to listen and be accepted today.
***** Well, I was wrong by the "music is fucked up" thing, but his videos sure as hell are. I don't think that way. Sure, reality is fucked up but so are his videos... In a good way. It's like watching a horror movie with a pretty good soundtrack.

this song NEVER gets old. Simply a masterpiece
Marilyn Manson stood up at a time when no one else would despite all the accusations, stereotypes, hatred and death threats just to show the world it's ok to be different.
"different" is a bit of an understatement.

Define steeple. Because by his context, I just assumed it's how high ppl can ride on sh purely based on their own egos... so basically, how they're own fd up brains function.

"The Beautiful People"
[Intro]
We would swoop down on the town
Kill everyone that wasn't beautiful
[Verse 1]
And I don't want you and I don't need you
Don't bother to resist, or I'll beat you
It's not your fault that you're always wrong
The weak ones are there to justify the strong
The beautiful people, the beautiful people
It's all relative to the size of your steeple
You can't see the forest for the trees
And you can't smell your own shit on your knees
[Pre-Chorus]
There's no time to discriminate
Hate every motherfucker that's in your way
[Chorus]
Hey, you, what do you see?
Something beautiful or something free?
Hey, you, are you trying to be mean?
If you live with apes, man, it's hard to be clean
(Ah, ah)
[Verse 2]
The worms will live in every host
It's hard to pick which one they hate the most
The horrible people, the horrible people
It's all anatomic as the size of your steeple
Capitalism has made it this way
Old-fashioned fascism will take it away
[Chorus]
Hey, you, what do you see?
Something beautiful or something free?
Hey, you, are you trying to be mean?
If you live with apes, man, it's hard to be clean
[Pre-Chorus]
There's no time to discriminate
Hate every motherfucker that's in your way
[Bridge]
The beautiful people, the beautiful people (Ah)
The beautiful people, the beautiful people (Ah)
The beautiful people, the beautiful people (Ah)
The beautiful people, the beautiful people (Ah)
[Chorus]
Hey, you, what do you see?
Something beautiful or something free?
Hey, you, are you trying to be mean?
If you live with apes, man, it's hard to be clean
Hey, you, what do you see?
Something beautiful or something free?
Hey, you, are you trying to be mean?
