Very good texture.other than spicy fry I also plus wat tan hor gravy sprinkle with cabbage onions.Yougurt curry gravy is also very tasty.Tqvm Da Jie.Hope more good things to come.bye.
DaJie.. can i make this rice cake without the rice? A bit inconvenient when i suddenly want to make this but i dun have leftover rice in the fridge.. I heard from a friend those koay kak stalls dun use rice, they only use the rice flour and corn/tapioca flour. I try a few recipes from UA-cam but texture is too soft especially when is just finish steaming.. Do u have any idea what's wrong?

If i want to keep longer, i have to cut it and put in container then go in the freezer? How long can we freeze it- a month? yes, you can keep it freezer about 1 month, after take out,let it soften
at room temperature before fry.
