  • @bobmarley6306

Another possible progression, (the one I used), is to practise doing a thief vault running straight on towards the object and making the legs go "more forward" each time until you have something close to a dash vault. Then you have a very similar motion to a dash vault and from there you can attempt an actual dash vault.

This is really handy because I'm trying to learn the dash vault at the min and I'm just too scared to jump feet first so knowing all of these really helped! Thx Ronnie! :)

You should've said that you should jump pretty far away from the obstacle. This was the biggest problem I had. I thought you jumped centimetres from it. Good video Ronnie!

Where would I find parkour spots in/near [where u live or somethin]
And where would I get stuff to parkour with?
These are questions I plan to answer.
    When I'm older...cuz I'm only 12...
Awesome vid, Ronnie! Keep up the good work!
    Edit:
Ronnie: "...and pop out hips over like we were just talking about..." **as he slaps his neck**
Me: "Mosquitos? We get them here a lot. The bug spray doesn't even work for me..."

Hi Ronnie, was wondering if this was a kind of dash turn vault: you go to in to the dash with the legs, but do a 180 BEFORE planting your hands so you're actually holding onto the obstacle with the hands and body the right way round for a cat. Not sure if this is a thing, but I think it would be better if going into a cat on the other side of the obstacle than your version of the dash turn vault.
