1. You have to make a complaint against the house owner in the particular jurisdiction police station. 2. the councils of bank should mention about the tenant in the SARFAESI proceedings. 3. Unless or Untill the clear Order which is pronounced by the hon'ble court. bank doesn't have rights to vacate the tenant.
Sir nbfc are taking ten blank cheques in the time of loan disposal and know they arasing us keeping that it is legal in that they told it is for making ECS

Hi I had been stuck in a problem, In 2017 my father had taken a mortgage loan from APGV bank (mother-owned house in Srikakulam hometown) to clear the house loan (father-owned house in Agra workplace), and in February 2022 my father filed a divorce petition with too many false allegations. also, he is having affair with the widow. Now we came to know that he is not paying EMIs which took to clear a father-owned house in agra. Bank people came yesterday and said they had sent several notices to Agra but my father refused too many times on the phone call father I’m not paying anything and now they are forcing my mother to sign a document, my mother refused to sign and I didn’t have income. After some time tenant called my mother and said bank people came and they placed a notice on the wall. today mother went to the bank, and the manager was saying to pay the interest of 56,000 and we will talk later about the loan he was talking very rude, not telling us anything properly. mother asked please share the split of the loan what I have to pay and what will be the interest if we pay within a week, he is saying that we can't accept pre-payment or I mean to say full payment (3,63,000) of the pending amount. after paying 56,000 he called to my father and he saying sir your wife came and paid 56,000. he talked like phishy after that he is saying you have to pay the next 6 months payment in advance. Please help us we don't know the legal things and my father is playing to collapse us and giving me warnings, no one is listing to us mother's family is also not supporting us because she did a court marriage against the family, this is 30 years back and my father is wrong things.

Can Bank sale/auction property on which interim temporary injunction of a Civil court.
If there is fraud against a person that some other person took loan over his property and he approach DRT can simultaniously approach with civil court
