This is a terrific tutorial! Thank you so much for the clear instructions and demo. I love that you used different colored threads. It makes it so easy to see how it works. And that little tension fine tuning dial demo was magical. 💕 thanks so much!

❤I appreciate this so much, Jennifer. Thank you for bringing us your wonderful and unique teaching style. I bought my Ovation just before the lockdown and actually got so sick I haven't really used it. It's a beautiful machine and would love so much for more Ovation videos.

    1) your linktree link gave me an error…
    2) if you put a cone holder upside down on your broken spool pin, you should be able to put cones on it securely.
    3) thanks for sharing all your wonderful tips!

Jen - video idea. Consider tutorial on using elasticized threads in regular sewing machine (seraflex, eloflex, maraflex, etc). Use in bobbin or not? Hand wind bobbin or not? Trouble shooting? For knits only? Tension settings? Needle choice? Stitch type (straight or slight zig zag)? Need to stretch fabric as you see or not? Comparison of brands?
Hoping you’ll consider this. THANKS for excellent content snd excellent teaching.

I gave it to my Dad... the master at fixing anything. He could not get it to stay "glued"... It's so annoying that thiese parts are so expensive... I'm going to look for a used one on EBAY! Thanks for watching :)
