Is there a Mobile version for the Service Desk request page? That would be helpful for teams on the field.
Thanks for your question! Atlassian has no official app, but you can try Mobility for Jira - Portal in the App Store and Play Store. Both require an add-on for Jira first: Mobility for Jira - Mobile Jira Team.
