- The founder and CEO of a startup which aims to educate young minds differently, Sneha, presents a deeply personal talk titled “Education and Confidence”. She illustrates how a family's trust in education can shape the lives of everyone in the family. She recounts her scholastically dedicated career that took her into the world’s premier educational institutes. This not only made her confident but also whittled out irreplicable opportunities for her. Confidence is a tool that equips any individual to face the world and education is one of the central pillars of living a confident life.
Sneha Biswas is the founder and CEO of Early Steps Academy, a global education venture to make school children confident in the real world. She completed her graduation from IIT Kharagpur and later went to the Harvard Business School for her MBA and graduated with distinction. Sneha has held senior leadership positions in multiple elite global organizations and has won the CEO’s award for excellent leadership and execution in the maiden waters of East Africa. Her aim is to revolutionize what and how students learn by making education relevant and engaging. I love the way you are expressing the importance of confidence. I 100% agree with yours each statement. Every parents should need to build confidence in their children from the very starting phase of their life.
Totally agree with Sneha.. confidence is something that I have struggled with and had to learn the tough way.. the next generations will be much more effective if they are taught to be confidence from an early age.

Everything what you have spoken is really true madam and today's education must add confidence in curriculum. Even highly qualified students have less confidence.

This is irrelevant Talk about children where dad is abusive and bent on destroying his own children yes s what there are dads like this and wife is stuck with him because of financial considerations. Yes my dad is like this. All his life he made our lives very very hard. Kept us hungry with 2 pieces of clothes to wear stopped us from making friends isolated us interfered in everything to our detriment pitted siblings against each other today we all are bitter I could not achieve my potential from coming first in class I went to leaving school because of his interferences same with other siblings talk about husbands like my dad
