Thank you and thanks for watching
I'll give it a try. Thanks for the video.
I always liked the pop the hood and look at the level of the blue fluid in the translucent container method. But, I'm not an engineer.😎
Hahaha makes too much sense
Does this also (mostly) apply to mk7-up GTI's
I’m not 100% sure on that, on some of the newer ones the level sensor is integrated into the reservoir not sure on the gti off hand
R.I.P to all the cracked plastic covers because... "it just pops off"
There's a screw before you try taking that cover off
there is only 2 things can go into the washer tank, distilled water or VW original washer fluid. Rain x will kill the sensor straight away.
Dang that’s my problem. I put rain x in it so that’s probably why I’m here now haha. So can I not go to Walmart and buy normal washer fluid? Or what do you mean by “VW original washer fluid”?
@DevinMcRae169 you just want the cheap blue stuff, it’s just methanol and water in the ingredients
@@EuropeanAutoRepairsweet man thank you👍 video helped a lot and I got the light fixed
Weak. I know this is my issue.
I love 99 percent of this vehicle
But the auto stop and the windshield washer notice kill me
Easy fix at least I guess
