This continues to be one of my favs that you've previously covered -- pronounced A-zhr, capital A to signify where the accent is, which is a shade of blue.
This is an interesting concept in house design and execution. While the connecting various pods to create the home of your dreams is the ultimate goal, I am not convinced that the personal designs will be possible in all circumstances. Lot size is one major factor that could be the bane of everyone’s existence in attempting to create utopia. I’m sure the engineers will be able to come up with solutions for the roadblocks that may appear. Once again, thank you, great job!
You do a great job with these videos! I really enjoy them, even though I own and live in a conventional townhouse but it’s nice to know about these options. I love your sense of humor!
I’m a foot long steak & cheese guy myself. 🤤 Is it just me or does Azure sound like it could be the name of a Ghostbusters villain? 👻 I appreciate the Lego approach to prefab homes. It’s what made me a fan of boxabl. So the more companies that offer this option the better. Great update Kerry. Until the next one. 😎
I'd love the idea of mix and match modules as I would like to build a home I could pay cash for and add on to as I had the funds. The plastic shell is a put off for me in terms of strength and durability. Most plastics don't do well under long term Sun exposure, but I would love to see this idea in precast poly concrete. I think you've covered Forever homes in Florida before which uses the precast idea, however all their designs are very traditional and not modular. Keep looking! Someone has to come up with the perfect combo sooner or later. Thanks as always!!
I look forward to the vids because now it's truly the only way to go. Prices her in FL. are ridiculous and this seems the most logical. Thank you Kerry😁
Kerry your videos are really great. And I can't thank you enougg. But we would love to see pictures inside outside on the rooftop, everywhere, or even a video to get inspired! 🙂
Glad to hear you're enjoying the videos! I didn't have access to many pics for this one, when there are more available I'll update. thanks for watching
This is exactly what you looking for🙌. I still one other design you shared but this one will suit my needs better! Just wondering what adding the bathroom would cost as well (just a generalized of course!) thanks for showing these spaces. I have land in the outer banks NC to build on and retire.
I think this is who I want to go with! I'm really loving all the factors at play and the website is mint ✨. Have a good one Kerry, thanks for them sweet updates.
Wow the pricing isn’t terrible at all! I love the modules and customizing idea. Definitely a future possibility - very appealing. Awesome video as usual! 😊
I enjoy your videos Kerry! Thanks for doing all the research and for posting! There are lots of tiny and small house videos and alternative construction, shipping container, straw, earth ship, and rammed earth, but I haven't found anything on UA-cam like your site. Current off site construction. The one question, do you have any information about "off gassing". I went to visit the Palm Harbor factory in Florida and the model homes that they had to display had so much "off gassing" that I got a headache. They said that it would take couple years to dissipate.
Great information, looking forward to watching a update when they do it/ you have it. Q: what is with the bright area behind you on the left? Almost like a mirror reflection of sunlight 😲.
That's very affordable....in California. Not so much elsewhere. They are pretty cool, regardless. Great idea to make the modules connect, kind of like Lego blocks.
_Stellar idea, and good looks too. But how does the polymer outside holdup to weather (UV rays, sub-freezing temperatures, temperature cycles and extreme humidity, for example?)_
Thanks Kerry another great video. Im working on plant based 3D printing of houses with organic matter to sequester carbon for 100 years. Maybe you will find a startup company doing this and profile them. Anyway great channel, keep up your good work dude thanks
So $300:ft for a shell with windows and flooring. Aside from the 3-D coolness that’s basically a high end shed. Not your fault Terry; just calling it as I see it. With all the competition- to me the real mass production winner will pre-fab for $125-$150/ft including the basics - kitchen, bathroom, windows, lighting, exterior deck - expanding it would be an extra. JMO
Kerry, is there a company that build just interiors? I may buy an 1833 farmhouse an Fû it complexly. The normal thing would be to build walls, floors, kitchen, bathrooms etc. but I keep thinking, "what if I could just drop a pre fab interior inside the walls?" Save time and money? Am I crazy?😊
Great video! The skylights in the example composite models look fantastic. Overall I'm wondering how these compare to boxabl (and others) WRT multiple floor modules + stacking, as well as the ability to move after initial placement. Does the polymer structure create a lighter unit? I'm hoping this style of modular design really becomes economically viable.
If they're made in California can I just put some of my personal items in them once they're finished and then they'll ship it the heck out of California ? 😏
the next big question is do you have to build the modules in one go or can you add more as your need require ? i.e. build a 2 unit home then another 2 a few years later ?
that's a great question. I think it's best to make provisions for future additions if you know for sure they're happening so you aren't taking on a major renovation. Will update when more info comes out about the product. Thanks for watching
Hey Kerry!!! Do you know any modern small manufactured homes that are under $100k USD/$125KCAD that are similar to the Casa di Ceilo by Palm Harbor? Im saving for a USDA loan on some land. Need a starter home while i work on the cabins i want to build. Thanks!!!
I love these videos, but it's discouraging that there's nobody that can put it on a truck/train and deliver it anywhere in the US and put it down on a concrete pad for less than $80k. My first house in 2009 cost $75k in a normal neighborhood... you'd think the efficiencies of scale and getting skilled labor in an air conditioned warehouse pumping these things out could be a quarter the price of a house+land in the burbs but isn't the case yet. The average in the US is close to 350-400k, right and that includes land so if we already have land, water, electricity, a concrete pad... why can't these modular homes be 50-80k including delivery and installation?
I don't see air conditioning on any of these pods and no ducting between them so each one would have to have it's own minisplit? 2, 3, 4+ mini-splits would kill the cool modern look of these
Too Expensive too stupid , the hole concept is for the poor man , the homeless man , the student in the college with a part time job , for single mother with a child , for the 60% of the population that are threatened by extreme poverty , who are you people that kidnapped that ideA and try to make a huge profit of it and destroy that concept , shame on all of you , and shame on the land owners that raise the land price to the roofs , and shame on the those who created the crazy building codes that make no sense - all this idea is to creat very beautiful small houses that some honest Company tried to help others to have a decent place to live with no complications and have a little garden for the summer , I hope that the Government will look at that and try to help the 60 % of the population to live a very little better ,,, Ka
I think im the only one who thinks the "add a box" idea is completely stupid!! These are NOT toys, their homes, adding a separate sections to a house is imo sketchy! The ground moves, i would be afraid of water infiltration and more... ITH are almost "ALL IN" with those add-I-box, i like Randy and is company but like i said, its not a good idea!
Kerry Do you know about the "Off-Gassing" air contamination common to all plastics? Is there a government-required statement from Azure addressing a potential long-term health hazard from inhaling the Off-Gassing from the extruded/printed recycled plastic utilized if fabricating their homes?
Dear Universe 🌏. Please have all these companies (countless,) that have received exposure ( because Kerry's well thought out research, ) start returning the favor by sending him referral links.🙏🏽🫶🏽
I appreciate all of your videos because I don't have to do the research so you deserve a comment keep it up
Thank you!
I'd like the idea of having different modules so you can put them together to make any configuration that fits your needs ! 👍
The idea of buying a module or two, then being able to add more as your life or your needs changes, it's enticing.
This continues to be one of my favs that you've previously covered -- pronounced A-zhr, capital A to signify where the accent is, which is a shade of blue.
Thank you Kerry for doing all the research largely so that we don’t have too and giving us ideas.
You’re welcome!
52 MINS! GETTING BACK ON TRACK! BRING IT BIG BOY! AZURE ... A COUPLE TIMES ...30-200K(PLUS SHIPPING/SETUP)
Now we’re talkin!
My favorite time(s) of the week: when I get caught up to speed with what Kerry's sharing!!!
Good stuff, Kerry! Thank you for the breaking news! Right on top of the trends as usual. 👍🙏😊

Like the concept of 3-D printed homes 🏡
Thanks for always reminding me to hit the like button! I ALWAYS forget otherwise.
No problem!

It is the name of the1997 Bentley Azure...
Finally had time to view this one! Things are definitely improving in the prefab market, thanks for keeping us updated? Great video 👍
Thanks for watching!
Those are some great price points

interesting modul home. Amazing ideas and economical furnirure. Its my dream of life. Very cool and great home spaces
Thanks for watching
Good video. Modern look and competitive prices. Sounds like Boxable finally has some competition. These guys have something here.✅
Thanks for watching
interesting. I want Boxable to do the same thing
Is there a way to easily find out if you’ve already covered a pre-fab modular brand I’m interested in having knowledge about?
I think this is who I want to go with! I'm really loving all the factors at play and the website is mint ✨. Have a good one Kerry, thanks for them sweet updates.
Thank you! You too!
Wow the pricing isn’t terrible at all! I love the modules and customizing idea. Definitely a future possibility - very appealing. Awesome video as usual! 😊
Over $230 a sf ft for the 180 sq ft home. Id call that very expensive.

This is a cool idea. Certainly doable.
Thanks for watching
Nice video.
"dropping a line"
Koda has new stuff and they are having a discount sale.
Good stuff 👍
That's very affordable....in California. Not so much elsewhere. They are pretty cool, regardless. Great idea to make the modules connect, kind of like Lego blocks.
Great hair today! 😊
Thanks!

I would like to see a follow up on this company’s new products.
You got it
Hitting like for the algorithm is so ordinary.
What can I say; I'm ordinary.
Haha appreciate it!

Good question! I'm not sure about the ability to move after initial placement, it seems like a more permanent option at first glance.
If they're made in California can I just put some of my personal items in them once they're finished and then they'll ship it the heck out of California ? 😏
Are there any ADU builders that provide their own in house financing for building out?
Following your videos Kerry.
Thanks!
I keep asking for homes available in the Midwest. Are you capable of that for your fans?
the next big question is do you have to build the modules in one go or can you add more as your need require ? i.e. build a 2 unit home then another 2 a few years later ?

I like the flexibility of this. Great video. Thanks.
Glad you liked it!
What type of insulation please?
Are they available in Canada?

A bees nest or the experiment ratopolis, they think people jammed is a good idea, not much on their website
Interesting concept... 🤔
P.s. had no time smash that 👍🏻 button this time, what happened dude?
Haha thanks for watching

Very nice builds. However way above my pay grade when you are approaching traditional home prices. Next!!!
Finally
10x10 bedroom doesn't cut it unless it's vacation home
Thank you for the feedback!
22k got an empty shell…promising!
I mean at those prices might as well just build a traditional stick frame.
Thank you for the feedback
Kerry, are you sure of the pronunciation? "a-ZOOR" instead of "AZH-your"?
I am definitely not sure
Plastic degrades in UV light. I can't imagine these homes would be a long term investment.
They are asking for the price of today's housing for 900sq ft 😂 I am investing into prefab housing. This company ain't it for me 😢
They really just stole Hudson's business model from Tears of the Kingdom
Are you not tired of the cheap boxes?
I know, you’ve heard it all before, but F#CK those prices are stupid high. Hard pass 👎🏼👎🏼
Fair enough, thanks for watching
