Once you revealed those wheels, I starting drooling, but not literally. Amazing what can still be found today with old aftermarket parts. Even luckier if you can find NOS. I am so looking forward to this build.

Once you revealed those HRE 446 wheels, I was suddenly happy because those rims were so beautiful

I can't believe you guys actually managed to get (real? or perfect replicas!) of the HRE 446R wheels. Absolutely stunning! It's sad when you find out how hard to find they actually are. Best rims for a Skyline tbh.
These would be perfect replicas. They are very near impossible to score these days. Trust us...we've looked.

the hood latch is also identical except for the latch/arm, just shooting this out there for anyone doing a conversion
We have a GT-T we are converting for a 2F2F Skyline build we mention the latch arm also. Thank you for sharing this information.

the fenders aren't actually higher they just have those risers for stiffness

I love the look, but don’t put gtr emblems on it…
We were going to remove the emblems (the conversion was done in Japan) and replace them with the standard Skyline ones.

It's going to still be a GT-T. It'll just look cooler...and go faster. We do like turkey sandwiches though, so maybe we're on to something.
Doing a awd as well?
We feel the AWD is a little sluggish and prefer the performance from the R34 as a RWD. We have a R34 GT-R coming this spring. We will leave that AWD. And we have an RH9 R33 on our channel we kept AWD.

Man, the sunkin in wheel fitment on the red Skyline is just atrocious 🤮🤣
It's embarrassing but we wanted to show the massive difference in the body between the GTT and GTR.
