ok, having watched the whole video: 1. a younger clone of Rick Sanchez is not something I had expected, but something I'm staying here for 2. it's amazing how much stuff you managed to fit in such a tiny place! my workshop/office is a corner of our living room, I'd say it's about the same size overall, but a 50cm-long mill table is a pipe dream. not that I need one - I'm mostly into watchmaking, but maybe I should reorganize the area again, for the third time 3. the production quality of these videos is fucking fantastic, I'll be liking each and every one of them, just keep them coming!
Young Rick is a definitely a new one for me 😂 I'll take it as a compliment Watchmaking is a true art form, as far as I'm concerned. Making a watch from scratch has been a pipe dream of mine since I started machining(largely inspired by Clickspring) and it's something I'd like to dip my toes into at some point. Thank you so much! I'm very new to video editing, and I've still got A LOT to learn, but reading comments like this truly gives me hope! ❤️
I love your style, so much so I've decided to watch this video before Alex steels latest release. Spitting fire at artisan makes, has me rofl. Keep up the sarcasm. I know TOT does it well, but no one beats a Brit at sarcasm.
I'm flattered! I'm about to watch Alec's latest video myself, so this is a huge compliment! I like to believe that sarcasm is a primary language here 😁
Had to laugh at the death warning on the milling machine. Nice of you to show yourself. It took TOT years before we got to see him. Best wishes for continued channel growth. Carry on.
That was fun and gave me some good ideas for my own small workshop. Really glad I've added you my subs and happy to see that you follow Quinn. You clearly already have IM and ToT; now all you need to add to your playlist Clickspring, and you will have all the top machining UA-camrs.
Been a subscriber for a couple of months (I also have a small workshop, but not in kingston) and I am sure that more people will find you and subscribe soon! Love the videos :)
I love the the fact that you put references to the machinist that you respect in you video. I caught a few in there other then this old tony.(which I love. ) I seen a inherentence machine and a blonde sticker and a couple others. Did i catch a alec steele references/gag in there? Much respect
The only reference to Alec is the anvil prop I made for the ring video 😁 There’s actually another not-so-subtle reference there that I really hope someone will notice 😂
love seeing what you've got going on with such a small space. i'm not likely to become a homeowner any time soon so your space looks a lot more feasible to me than people with even a garage setup. Love guys like Tony or Brandon but they have space! Ventilation that isn't just a window! I live in a fifth floor apartment! Something like your place I could actually do, if I really wanted to and didn't already have other toilets to flush my money down!
Welcome to The Masked Machinist! The only question is when the crowd chants ‘take it off’, do they mean the mask or the edge to make a nice chamfer? Brill vid btw and enjoyed the hidden gags :D
This was the reveal I hadn’t expected but I’m 100% here for it. (Also, I can’t help wondering if all that equipment is really just because you’re building a time machine out of a DeLorean 😉)
I'll be honest - facing the camera is a lot harder than I anticipated, but I'm glad people like it 😄 (I'm having trouble sourcing flux capacitors at the moment 🧐)
the other day bambu labs has fucked up their users pretty spectacularly, even though their old/existing products are great, I'd be careful with giving them a praise at this point.
I bought my printer a few months after they went live, so I've been a very early adopter. Their products have been absolutely brilliant(I've been printing for about 10 years now, so I've gone through the rigmarole that 3D printing used to be), but I fully understand the concerns people have. I'm very curious to see how they proceed from this. Just keeping an open mind.
What did you like... jump 7 levels in your editing? Where the hell has this been?
PS: the poor gear mesh has nothing to do with your spacing
Hey what are you doing here??? Awesome! ❤
I've learned from the best 😉 Thanks, Brandon ❤️
P.S. - no, I'm pretty sure it's down to the spacing 😂 Although I was very tempted to chamfer them 🤔
Really enjoyed this! You're the stig of machining!
Some say... that he dreams in DRO coordinates, and that he uses tungsten carbide toothpicks... All we know is - he's called Erik

"It's look mum not this old tony" sent me.
The comments genuinely make my day evey time 😁
❤
Great video! So many awesome hidden gags. Looks like a great shop you have in that small space. Looking forward to seeing what you create next.
Thanks! I love leaving easter eggs in the videos 😁
Outstanding senses of humour my friend 👏👏👏👏👏 pls don’t stop make this full time
Thank you so much! That's the long term plan... 🙃
Haha great vid! Look forward to seeing you make more stuff 😊
More videos coming soon!

I have to admit - I was very nervous showing my face, but it seems like the viewers like to associate a face with a channel! Thank you so much!
This old Erik. Richard. Michael? Nice Hair! Looking forward to your Tony / own mixture! There was some blond lady there?!
Just Erik 😁 thank you very much!
That was fun and gave me some good ideas for my own small workshop.

Very glad to hear it, Jeff!
I follow all of them 😁 Clickspring is a massive inspiration to me as well.
Never change, that was brilliant 👏👏👍😀
That's the plan, Andrew!
that was a hell of a lot of fun!
Thank you very much!
Been a subscriber for a couple of months (I also have a small workshop, but not in kingston) and I am sure that more people will find you and subscribe soon! Love the videos :)
Love to hear it! Very glad to see a returning viewer 😊
Top content sir, you keep doing what you are doing.
Thank you very much, Stephen! More videos on the way!

I like how even the chamfer label had chamfers. Love the humor.
I'm so glad someone noticed that 😂
Oh yeah, that surface plate, "my precious" 🤤 😂 And that Stig reveal haha. Sure, ToT is our Pope! But keep on doing what you do, fockin love it!
I most certainly will! Got a very busy year ahead of me 😏 glad you enjoyed it!
Your look reminds me of Edd China. Great shop tour!
That's a new one for me 😂 but I'll take it. Thank you very much!
Love it. Only one correction, I would not consider drills and taps miscellaneous. They are quite essential. Give them their own special place, please.
You’re absolutely right! I should’ve worded it better.
I’d love to keep them closer to the lathe, but space management is difficult as it is 😬

I don't own this place either, unfortunately, and have no access to a garage, so I had to make do. Evidently - it's possible 😁 Glad you liked it!

Oh, they definitely mean the chamfer 😂
Thanks so much!
you became 6061 there for a second (a great welding channel!)
I love 6061! I'm certainly no welder, but I've learned a lot from him!
This was the reveal I hadn’t expected but I’m 100% here for it.

I can just imagine a crossover with a video that’s just hands 😂
Now there's an idea 😁
I felt the need to look away during the surface plate.
😂 Mission accomplished
You had still more workshop dan this lady, a cramped engine room is al I have...
Any workshop is better than no workshop 😉
lol calling out Artisan Makes XD
I'm convinced he does it for the meme at this point 😂 Fair play to him

So, you're against the character builder saw, huh? Dems fightin words!
@@Argosh “Against” is a strong word 😂 let’s just say I prefer a machine to do the work 😉
@EngineerRaisedInKingston don't take this personal, I'm just trying to setup the proper showdown with a certain someone you called out 🤣
