I love the concept of this video! Some constructive feedback - I found I was getting a bit overloaded, there was quite a bit going on visually, and the sound effects were a bit too loud which made it harder to focus on what you were saying. Also it was all quite rapid, like sometimes I would only catch on to where I’m looking for a brick just as the text/arrow has disappeared, especially for the 3in1 build where I didn’t know where to look. I ended up pausing and backing up quite a bit, maybe spend a little more time on each technique and show them off a bit more?
Big fan of techy building though, and your presentation and production is decent, this could do well as a video series!

Mike Psiaki is the GOAT! If you can, try to get 31023, it is a masterclass of building techniques and before joining LEGO was the one that completely blew me away as at that time, the type of Snot techniques used were kinda revolutionary. Then you should also get 31039, it’s one of his “babies”. Mike loves planes and that model shows that.
Amazing video! I’ll share it with Mike. I’m sure he’ll appreciate it

This was the exact comment I was looking for. Every car using some different type of detail is just perfect. Recently I was building the Koenigsegg Jesko and found one of the coolest hidden details. So Koenigsegg is a Swedish based car company, and during the build process, the interior filler pieces form the shape of the Swedish flag. It works too perfectly to just be a coincidence.

Recently, I’ve been building the Eiffel Tower and it’s definitely a tedious building process; however, some of the techniques and parts utilized by the designers are ingenious. It’s mainly held together by some technic pins and clips. The build also inverts at points, so you can take apart the build into sections.

Tiago Catarino shared this to his channel’s community and I’m so glad he did! It was fascinating to see such a variety of techniques and parts in use to create such clean builds. I loved your choice to track the use of unique parts in the 3 in 1 set! I sometimes wonder if parts were used in a main build specifically with the alternate build in mind (either because of color choice or a specific shape). This was a great showcase.

While my awareness to new LEGO sets has diminished over the years, my love of LEGO hasn't, and it's awesome to see how creative these set designers have gotten. This was genuinely wonderful. Appreciating the skill of designing with Lego as a system, which is where the true beauty lies. 10/10

the best building experience of lego i've ever had the pleasure to experience was building the saturn V rocket, and i've built lot's of lego but this set kept blewing my mind, not only for it's sheer size but also by how it kept finding clever construction technique all around, i wish i cpuld built it for the rist time again, looking forward to one day getting my national treasure, the Eiffel tower...

great video! and very well explained. Was into lego in the late 90s and early 2000s but drifted away from the hobby in the late 00s, when branded tie-ins were becoming more and more central

Honestly after building them, the Creator Expert Porsche 911 Turbo has its place at the Mustang table. Same goes for the 1969 Camaro and the Defender to an extend.
All of those creator expert vehicles are just wonderfully made
