Note: if u want to make it more realistic you can use tripwire hook to look like a nail with some strings,etc. You need more iron for it but i think it looks a little better.
I want to build things in Minecraft like secret bases, modern houses, and ya know, these kind of stuff.

Your videos have truly taught me the underrated and underused value of the charming yet magical block that all professionals use in their builds. The block is amazing looking and allows us to show extreme creative. The block is called a trapdoor

At least you can use the barrels at the fishing dock to store the fish without using the campsite barrels
Barrels are great for fishing dock construction:
>storage compartments for your catch, your rods, your boats/ropes, repair supplies for the dock (spare wood/fence/lanterns/tools)
>aesthetic is _perfect_ for any kind of harbor/seaside/waterfront build, and adds a good look to a seaport for your fleet of boats or fishing dock
>Watertight Barrels naturally float, which made them common historical construction items for Floating docks/island platforms; roping together a multitude of barrels acted as "buoys" (it makes docks that extend out into the ocean look plausible without having to add "support pylons" or pillars under the dock)
>don't have to be uncovered to open; can be completely boxed in by solid blocks while still providing access to your stuff

This is so cool! If I had a world like this I would name it "the resort" I love these building ideas the cabana one was my favorite! It looks like it would be at a resort where you can relax and chill out with your friend's this a really good idea.
