I love this video and how it has no narration, no intro, it just gets straight to the point! It doesn’t need floaty poppy text because it knows it already has our attention and all we need is to know how to make something like this. We need more tutorials in general like this

Far and away the best minecraft tutorial or hell even game tutorial. Zero filler. Detailed explanation. Very easy to follow. This is how build tutorials should be done
I was thinking about this idea the other day, Usually you only see people build farms for efficiency and not for aestethics! Im thrilled to see that someone actually did something like that. Wonderfull build tutorial :)
I am properly addicted to having an iron farm but mine are usually an eyesore. I'm very excited to try out this design! I also like how the kill chamber looks like a nice hot spring for our golems to relax in. So relaxing they just fall apart.
I've been trying to make farms in my new world and this video randomly popped up in my reccomendations. I've always disliked how the farms cluttered my building area, so this is perfect! These designs are so beautiful! I wished I had seen your channel earlier... gonna make this farm now!
I love this look, i swapped the spruce planks and stripped logs with cherry planks and cherry stripped logs to fit into my pink base and it looks great. i did have an issue where the golems would only spawn next to the 5 trapdoors on the 3rd floor, so I had to place some slabs in front of the trapdoor to prevent it. after that, the farm started working perfectly, thanks for this awesome and pleasing to look at iron farm design
I also did that when I tested it on Bedrock. It looks great with cherry wood. Screenshot: imgur.com/a/tbVgiAM FYI, I talked about how they can spawn on trapdoor in this video. It also fixes a few issues with the 2.0 version. Upgrade it to 2.1 or 3.0 if it stops working after some time. ua-cam.com/video/23wOftH6evw/v-deo.html

Spruce is one of my favorite woods. It has one of the most beautifully crafted doors. I loved this build so much I ended up making this my home. And the pain was I was in survival mode spruce was very scarce. I probably found like 2 spruce trees in the entire seed. Luckily chopping them down and collecting the spruce saplings paid off. Now I have a spruce forest outside my home just in case I ever need spruce wood for any reason. I couldn't find slate so i used stone, cobblestone and stone bricks. Thank you so much for this build. The whole time I was watching this I was thinking this was an Elven home. Lol.
I'm glad I found this channel. I JUST bought the game after a decade of hesitation so I'm way behind in this sandbox. I build all kinds of crazy underwater/underground cities, towns, villages and networks. I have a mansion that spans overworked and nether with plans to extend it into the end, but it's all aesthetics and no function. These build videos really help augment the world.
I built this as my second ever automatic farm (first one being a sheep shearing farm) and it took me a lot of time and probably a few gray hairs because so much went wrong - but I'm so proud, it works! I accidentally killed a few villagers when I tried to get them in there (minor mine cart complications), then I destroyed one of the beams that kept the zombie out of sight too early, they spawned a golem inside the house that killed my precious zombie and it took me forever to get another name tag for a new one, I missed to spawn proof a beam under the roof on the outside so I had a golem stuck under the roof... setting down the water also turned out to be more complicated than it looks (make sure you do it EXACTLY like in the video!). But now it works and it looks wonderful and works even better, I got all the iron I could ever want, thank you so much for this video.
We all have been through this path and learn it the hard way haha. I'm really happy that you got it working in the end! Just in case it stops working after some time, you could check my other video and upgrade the farm to v2.0 or v3.0. Make sure to block the sight of zombie when you are modifying the interior so no iron golem could spawn at that time! ua-cam.com/video/23wOftH6evw/v-deo.html
Brilliant design mate, just spent most of my day creating this farm early game in my new 1.20 survival, works without a single hitch! Already got a chest packed with iron while I've been chipping away transforming the village I'm basing at. Is really satisfying watching the farm work! Absolutely love these aesthetic farm designs you do, this was my first from you I've built, and won't be the last! Thanks a ton for you effort mate! ⭐
No matter how awesome this build is that it tempts me build one... I don't do iron farms. I dig. I love exploring caves. I love the hassle and the grind.
I think I will come to love your content. Medieval-style farm designs have always been challenging for me, but thanks to you, I feel like I will be able to create a fantastic world. Thank you. (I used a translation tool.)
I loved this tutorial. All the camera angles are great and it was super easy to follow and watch because of them. The build looks awesome too! One thing I’d suggest for these tutorial videos would be to include how many of each resource will be needed. Makes it easier to organize while building in survival. Nonetheless, great video! Keep up the good work
Thanks! I have been thinking about the material's quantity for a really long time. I think I could put a screenshot of the material list from litematica mod somewhere. 👍
Works great in Java v1.21... third time I've built it, in my various play-throughs. Just built it in Skyblock, which was a lot of fun, hanging over the Void. Here's some things that I found out... - Release the Zombie from the Minecart, he can't get out, and his moving makes the Farm work better. - Dark Oak looks better for the Wooden Steps, and Wooden Trapdoors. With Vanilla Minecraft, the colour is the same as Spruce Logs. - Chains for the Lights to hang on, look good. - Dark Oak Trapdoors look good, on the ends of the Spruce Logs, folded up against the end of the log.
I really lovee this ! Its always a struggle to hide an iron farm since they literally spawn everywhere so most of the time i have to build a mansion/huge buildings to avoid them from spawning , I really love how small this is compared to that and still pleasing to the eyess
Thanks! That's exactly my goals here. I just love staring at auto farm for a really long time so I thought to myself. What if I make it even more satisfying?

The golem spawn volume is +/- Six vertically and Eight horizontally from the Villager summoning the golem. Since the villager floor is 11 off the ground, and all the structure is spawn proofed (leaves, etc), the surrounding area is safe!
This is the prettiest I've seen you n here. Tho I built min and it didn't work. I think I followed all the steps but the fire goes out and the villagers aren't panicking and nothing spaws
Besides the very convienient farm, your taste of design is amazing too. The layout/ compsition and editing are great, not to mention the very cute house and the decoration here and there. You deserve more subscribe.
This is such a brilliant tutorial and the improvements in V3 are outstanding. Thank you for all the time and effort you spend on making these tutorials - we all really appreciate it. THANK YOU!
Wow I built mine in the side of a mountain expecting it to not work, but after putting moss carpets around the area I'm surprised that it works! Didn't even have to build any of the new versions. Thanks for this build :)
Really cool design! It's actually pretty versatile. I'm going to building a base soon and I might use the general idea just with a completely different theme. I'd much rather have an aesthetic farm than an efficient one. :)
This is a must in your world. I modified it so that I put 4 of these all backing into each other for my multiplayer world (where all 4 waterfalls all fall into a single killing chamber), and now our server has a community iron farm! We love it!
This is really gorgeous I will be using it in my new 1.20 SMP :) I love trying to find ways to hide/disguise farms so you have just got yourself another sub. Please keep it up!
So I am a Rendog fan and he displayed your mudfarm on the current season of Hermitcraft (season 10) and I was really impressed with it overall. I followed his link to your page and after looking at a few video tutorials I subscribed. Keep it up.

@@frankgrimes7388 I actually design 99% of things myself. I'm just not much for automation, but my partner is. I don't like most of the "farms" out there, because they don't look natural. I figure finding something more aesthetic than the industrial designs is a welcome change from all the other stuff you see out there. You are allowed to appreciate another person's design once in a while. :) As for other connotations, I'll just say that I look at Minecraft like Lego. Sometimes it's fun to follow instructions, and sometimes it's fun to design your own creations. Both are relaxing and can be ultimately rewarding. We all take something different from the game. Whatever makes it fun for you is part of the beauty of the game. :) The possibilities are limitless. AND to take it one step further, some of the world's great inventors/engineers started by picking apart an existing design and figuring out how to make it themselves, and then make it better. :)
Honestly, I didn't think this would work. Usually older farms never work. But this worked like a charm in 1.21! Slow as it is, it's perfect for a single player or a low multiplayer server! Curious though, does the zombie have to be in a minecart or can he just walk around? Will that cause the server to lag?
I followed the video perfectly, and no matter what I do, the iron golem's do not spawn in the water..... It took me hours to build this in survival and now I have to pull it down and find a tutorial that actually works. Thanks
i just figured it out, becuase i built mine near a hill they were spawning on the higher ground so it has to be surrounded by compeltley flat ground and then i made sure that everything was spawn proof at added some carpet in some places and they now spawn in the water

hi! what's the function of the glass above the beds? i built this yesterday on a small server for me and my friends, and it's already broken twice because the villagers will stop sleeping, i'll replace the beds and replace the glass. can i just take the glass out completely and it still work? this is a beautiful design btw and i had a lot of fun building it, it was nice to have a deisgn that incorporated in with all of my other builds instead of having to build underground
How often does it break down? It could be caused by any workstations inside the house. I just found that sometimes one of the villager got the job but he couldn't path find the work station so he wouldn't sleep. Try remove the workstation if you have any. The glass is actually quite important because it limits the space to 1 x 3 so the villagers will push each other and make sure at least one of them can see the zombie.
Loved the video, it turned out amazing! 👏 I followed the tutorial, and now the Iron Farm House looks fantastic in my Minecraft world! Thanks for sharing such a detailed guide-it was perfect! 🔨🌾👏
It works as of 11/16/24 In case anyone wasn't sure! You do still have to be really careful about spawnproofing the farm. You can add carpet or buttons to prevent golems from spawning outside the area you desire.
ooohh.. I am actually working on a mob farm not a xp farm.😂What kind of xp farm you are looking for? I was thinking spawner xp farm and enderman xp farm.
With the new version 1.21.1 i have some issues. It doesn’t work during the day, and after one night it stops. Any suggestions for changes to make it work like it used to? It worked until 1.21 . 😢
this is exactly the kind of build that i want, i am so sick of the exact same iron farm design being spit out by every youtuber with no sense of aesthetic to the design. it’s always an ugly floating mess in the sky, but this actually looks nice!
This is exactly the kind of thing I’m trying to do on my server right now… trying to make my farms a part of the build and not just a stepping stone to them
I suggest testing it in creative. Put a zombie near 3 villagers. If iron golem spawns, it should work. Also, upgrade it to ver3.0 which is the flawless design.
@@aJackMinecraft Thank very much. But I did that and that wasn’t the problem. When I put a bed near a villager he doesn’t want to sleep. We are triying to do this in a server from aternos
@kentemphasis6020 leaves are what I used recently. Also, golems won't spawn on paths you apply to dirt blocks with the shovel's alternate use. Main use digs. The other makes it a path. I just put all paths around my farm and leaves on everything else. I don't think things spawn on trap doors and stuff like that. Heck you could cover the place in almost anything really.
There is a team in china build a iron farm with vexes it has a totally stupid low efficiency with 1 bar per 5 to 8 min i guess? but it won't hurt any iron golem. If that is what you need XD
Normally I couldn't care less about aesthetics. Just show me how to make it functional! But you really made this look good. Clearly I can leave out quite a bit of the pretty stuff and have a strictly functional iron farm, but I think I'm going to build this almost how you did. It's genuinely pretty. I might even build myself a village nearby... far enough to not interfere with the farm, but it's such a nice design I'd like to live in it.
I love the style of it and it’s so cute! The only issue I’m having right now is getting my villagers to sleep in the beds they won’t or don’t want to at least 😢 but hopefully they will eventually!

This is the prettiest and best iron farm I have built. I don’t even have to deal with them spawning anywhere but where they’re supposed to, which happened on every farm I have built. This build is also visually stunning. I will be subscribing on this video alone, and will check out your others, thank you so much!!
Thank you!

310 per h isnt even close to the best XD
@@marcrieger5640 it's standard for 1-golem-at-a-time build. there is farms that have several sets of villagers, they spawn 12, 16, 48 golems at a time, of course they'll be faster. but 1 golem at a time does something between 300-325 ingots per hour. And this is indeed the cutest farm I've seen. The leaf garden one is close second tho. I don't remember who made it, it doesn't seem to be on YT anymore.

Thanks bro for the tutorial, btw can I still use the bottom floor? I want to make a farm there
@@shiki-kun2251 Don't see why not. As long as you make sure if you add any full blocks on the bottom floor, that they remain spawn-proof to prevent a random golem from spawning there.

Update: I made it! Works like a charm :D Just in the process of spawn-proofing the land around the farm now
I love this look, i swapped the spruce planks and stripped logs with cherry planks and cherry stripped logs to fit into my pink base and it looks great. i did have an issue where the golems would only spawn next to the 5 trapdoors on the 3rd floor, so I had to place some slabs in front of the trapdoor to prevent it. after that, the farm started working perfectly, thanks for this awesome and pleasing to look at iron farm design
I also did that when I tested it on Bedrock. It looks great with cherry wood.

FYI, I talked about how they can spawn on trapdoor in this video. It also fixes a few issues with the 2.0 version. Upgrade it to 2.1 or 3.0 if it stops working after some time.

BEST TUTORIAL EVER. I love the camera angles and the pacing of the video. Great work dude and thank you.
Shame on you for waiting so long !!

Absolutely love these aesthetic farm designs you do, this was my first from you I've built, and won't be the last! Thanks a ton for you effort mate! ⭐
Do you know if it works in 1.16.5?
How did you get the farmers into the beds?
I've seen people decorating the farm after it's done. But in this guy's case, his farm is the decoration itself. Good Job.
No matter how awesome this build is that it tempts me build one... I don't do iron farms. I dig. I love exploring caves. I love the hassle and the grind.

I loved this tutorial. All the camera angles are great and it was super easy to follow and watch because of them. The build looks awesome too!

Doesn't work in 1.21
Damn mate this farm looks absolutely astonishing, I'll definitely going to build this one to add to my custom village I'm working on.

We have been through the same path... Spawnproofing is really important so thanks for your reminder.
either spawnproof around the area with moss carpet, or leaves should do the trick XD
The golem spawn volume is +/- Six vertically and Eight horizontally from the Villager summoning the golem. Since the villager floor is 11 off the ground, and all the structure is spawn proofed (leaves, etc), the surrounding area is safe!

You are allowed to appreciate another person's design once in a while. :)
As for other connotations, I'll just say that I look at Minecraft like Lego. Sometimes it's fun to follow instructions, and sometimes it's fun to design your own creations. Both are relaxing and can be ultimately rewarding. We all take something different from the game. Whatever makes it fun for you is part of the beauty of the game. :) The possibilities are limitless.

hi! what's the function of the glass above the beds? i built this yesterday on a small server for me and my friends, and it's already broken twice because the villagers will stop sleeping, i'll replace the beds and replace the glass. can i just take the glass out completely and it still work? this is a beautiful design btw and i had a lot of fun building it, it was nice to have a deisgn that incorporated in with all of my other builds instead of having to build underground
