I immediately thought in my head he was in the wrong when the clip opened; however, his speed didn't really factor much into the incident. You can only blame the car that was sitting in his lane. The driver should've waited to pull out when his path was clear not pull out blocking one lane until the one he desired became clear.

I just had some guy in a uhaul box truck pull out from a stop sign into the middle lane in front of my bike and slam on his brakes at a light that had just turned yellow. I almost rear ended the box truck. I had to drive around him so I didn’t hit the back of the truck. When he seen me come around and stop in front of him , I said you almost made me crash ! You pulled right out in front of me . He looked at me like I did something wrong. It took a lot of control to not get off my bike and smack him in the head with my helmet. The blatant disregard for my safety was unreal.

Since the 5th of April 2022 when the new highway code came out there is a new hierarchy of right of way on the road. It starts with pedestrians, cyclists (not you yet), horses, Motorcyclists (you), cars and vans and then buses and trucks. I know someone who was knocked off her bicycle by a car. The car driver started to rant and rave about his scratched car. The police turned up and moved the car driver who suddenly shut up, to one side and proceeded to give him a ticket. Car drivers constantly misjudge the speed of bikes approaching, and traffic next to the car was already slow. Afro was legit way too fast for the current traffic and sight conditions, you can't deny that. If anything, they're both at fault. And if he actually slowed down just a bit, he could've seen the car indicating right and he could've used his brakes in time. Regardless of the car being right or wrong it's your responsibility to adapt and make sure you're safe. The road doesn't belong to you, so don't drive aggressively 24/7 and provoke accidents that could been avoided by driving more defensively.

5:15 yes the driver is a dumbass for waiting for the other car to pass however speedlimit there is literally 15 km/h (notice the road markings: school zone, which means exactly what it would mean in English).

First one was stupid
This video should be titled, “Idiots on Motorcycles”, not “Riders biggest Nightmares come true”. Not once did I see any safety gear besides gloves and helmet when riding. Riders speeding, weaving, knocking mirrors off. Hogging the road like they own it. Then whining when things don’t go their way.
Worst nightmares would be a fatal accident, somebody turning left in front of you, etc. but not a 10 mph go into the bush and not even get a scratch accident. Pretty lame footage I must say.
