The SP70 is a 155 mm self-propelled gun (SPG) designed and developed by the German defense company, Rheinmetall. It is a powerful weapon system with a maximum firing range of approximately 40 kilometers and a rate of fire of up to six rounds per minute.
The SP70 features an advanced automated ammunition handling system and a fully-stabilized turret, which enables the gun to be accurately fired on the move. It is also equipped with a modern fire control system and a range of sensors and targeting systems, including a laser rangefinder and an automatic gun-laying system.
The SP70 has been in service with several countries, including Germany, Greece, and South Korea. However, it has largely been replaced by more modern artillery systems in recent years.
