The thing about making hard seltzer is I don’t like drinking hard seltzer - until I tried the smoothie seltzers from Drekker’s “Plop” hard seltzer series. These hard seltzers are unlike most hard seltzers because they use INSANE amounts of real fruit to create those familiar smoothie flavors.
These boozy smoothies come in all kinds of flavors but share characteristics like a thick body, an obvious lack of head, and as little yeast character as possible. These seltzers are like a dessert that gets you drunk and that sounds just fine to me.
