Thank you ,so pritty love these skirts.I have 5 jeans given to me but I love denim skirts, it is hard for me to find them and when I do they are to expensive. B ut now I know how to convert them Due to your vidio.I have never been clever in making cloths ,just simple repairs and shifts ,though I did decorate a wedding dress once years back and I was praised by a wedding dress shop for it,I was so proud of it and the bride and groom and family too....The bride gave it to me as a gift after as a thanks..I still have it and lent it out to two other family members for their wedding .But apart from that I am not to good at designing and making cloths....just ajusting decorating and repairing.So thanks for this infomation .
I just did this with a pair of old jeans.
It was a bit tight at the bottom, so ive cut a split on each side .
I have some rivets being delivered, so im going to put a few at the top of the splits and around the pockets.

I love this, my only thought is that once it is sown into a skirt a seam can be seen all the way down the middle of the skirt front and back which breaks up the look a little bit.
