Man... You guys make the best videos. ALL the information, WITH the back stories, what they mean and you explain well. Thank you for making these videos!
Actually honest and informative marketing material that properly doubles to its subconscious goal of giving me positive associations with the brand. I see you, I applaud you, and I'm saving money for my Defy nonetheless
Dominique looks great as a blond 😍. I can see a "Young Frankenstein" fan great Gene Wilder impression. I want "Pudding Caps" for my "Defy" 😭. Thank you for sharing this "Double Shot" episode. Thank you "Dygma Team" 👍❤. Kudos from NYC 🗽.
The Dygma Defy are single shot, laser-etched ABS. It was impossible to find off-the-shelf PBT keycaps for it (the layout is non-standard) and manufacturing our own mold was too expensive and time-consuming 🥹
@@DygmaLab It is very well done... she kills it! I might probably buy a Defy over a Kinesis Advantage 360 pro mostly as an appreciation for her performance, and who ever chooses her to do the performance. This is some good marketing. Also, I think it suits the RGB-loving demographic more. I mean I am more an Apple Magic Keyboard type of a guy. At most a white backlight is all I need. Good job!
@@DygmaLabidk how i can explain it but it just feel to me like if the keyboard was dusty lol. Also the finger slide more somehow maybe because although the grain results in more friction there is less surface area in contact idk.
Mmmm You can continue with ABS but you can also try other materials, as for example POM, amber-inspired or ceramic 💪 Maybe this video can help you ua-cam.com/video/G0g0waxObAE/v-deo.html
i love how goofy and geeky everyone is. reminds me that im not the only one who sees the world in almost a cartoonish fashion. Spot on to the randomness that goes on in my head as well
Oh yeah, there are many other materials used for keycaps but we wanted to focus on these most popular ones first. We will make a future video about the other materials too 😉

We always want to add more context and content to the scene! ❤️
Love the effort in this video!
Thank you! The video team gets to have all the fun 🤩
Really well described allowing a newbie like me to understand what all these initialisms mean and help me pick what I want to buy.
We are glad it helped you and thank you for your words 😊

Thank you for watching 🥰
We hope we can venture into new designs for the Defy keycaps in the future, this is something we would love to do.
Incredible material. This was awesome!
Much appreciated!
Instant like for that intro
Thank you, Igor says hello🧌
Your videos are always adorable! 🤣😍💕
Thank you 🥰
Very interesting, as well as entertaining. So, Dominique, what material are the Dygma Defy keycaps made of? ABS or PBT? Single or double injection?
The Dygma Defy are single shot, laser-etched ABS. It was impossible to find off-the-shelf PBT keycaps for it (the layout is non-standard) and manufacturing our own mold was too expensive and time-consuming 🥹
My goodness... the drama.... 😂
We always do the videos like this: lots of drama, fun and information ❤️

Nice, thank you! You can use the RGB as only white or even turn it off, no problem with that 🥰
I'm not sure how I'd feel typing on keycaps that are alive.
That would feel very strange, for sure... Would it feel like Whac-A-Mole? 😂
I'd comment on the end, but I'll keep this PG. Another great production!
I guess some things are better left unsaid 😅
Thank you for always watching our videos!
i actually prefer the smooth texture lmao.
🤯

Aaaah I understand your point. Well the good thing is that there are tons of different keycaps out there, so everyone can be happy! 🙌
@@DygmaLab yes haha, in your experience are there some smooth pbt or i should go with abs with my preferences ?

these videos are so nerdy... and thus so cool... that I just want to buy one of their keyboards... lol
Thank you ❤️
Let us know if you have questions that we could answer to make that purchase easier 😉

Oh you're not alone, don't worry. We are pretty weird and goofy ourselves 😊
And ceramic... and POM?
