A morning routine is so important! I have anxiety and major depressive disorders, and I'm getting tested for ADHD. I go through periods when I am absolutely frozen. When I'm feeling good, I work hard on routines for really important things (litterbox, laundry, tidying) until they become second nature. That way I continue with them when I'm not doing well.
So much yes to this. If I get out of my routine for too long, I crave it. It helps me stay organized and less stressed! A good routine is so crucial!
Also, glad I listened to my body this day when I said I wasn’t feeling well! I am currently down with Covid! 🤧

Love seeing your 🐎 Tex. My dogs like watermelon 🍉 too. I freeze it, and my Sheepadoodle loves a cool treat.
We would give our horses sugar cubes as a treat, and one horse wanted pop, I remember that. I miss having a horse.. Your house turned out so nice, in our community, we are supposed to get our home painted soon. I really want a colored door too! The flowers you have are what I planted in Wisconsin minus the Bird of Paradise .
I'm still learning what to plant here in Arizona. Struggling with anxiety is a challenge. Lots of deep breathing from your stomach, that is what my therapist told me. I hope you're feeling better. 😊❤
