Oh I'm so excited for you all and your new home. Ive been an Inklet since before kidlets. Lol. I always find your craftroon vids so fun to watch. Currently, I have an L shaped island desk setup in my craftroom. I have wood floors and all my shelving and cubbies are along the walls. I roll myself around behind me to grab tge most used things. I have a cutting station on top of 2 sets of klecx drawers and 2 book shelves with my stamps and dies with a closet with more goodies. It does make me get up & walk around, which is probably good for me lol. It's a bit tight but right now, I'm liking it. Can't wait to see your new space ans all you get into on Rad Ramblers too. Hugs from your Iris container friend now in AZ. ❤🎉😊
You have done such an amazing job documenting you family’s life. I love the kid’s art journals. They are such treasures. I kept my daughters stuff in boxes by year hoping to create a journal for each year when I had time. She is now 34 and I haven’t started yet. I retire in 2024. Maybe then I will make those journals. The moral of the story - you never really have time, you just have to prioritize it. You have done an excellent job making that happen. Tfs. Susan
Aww thanks Susan! It's the one thing that I feel up to date with. My parents' have given me two huge boxes of artworks and school books that I'm hoping to go through and organise in a more orderly (and easy to look through) fashion next year. It can feel like a very daunting task though! It would be such a nice retirement project to hop into next year for you 😊💗
Well, after a year’s hiatus, I had to rejoin your patreon group again because I love love love your content and my husband has even asked about how you guys are doing since I used to have your videos on so much! Lol
I cannot believe it’s been that many years already!!!! Sure do love the adventure. Thanks for sharing your crafty life with us from each house pre/post kids with good bunny memories and everything in between, Adele! 💖
Awesome video! You made so many amazing projects in that room! Fun to see it. And, I have to say that I felt a real kindred spirit moment when your twine fell and you mentioned The Abyss. I have one in my craft room too.
Haha!! I'm glad I'm not the only one with an Abyss!! 😂 I found a whole bunch of things I thought I had lost when we moved the furniture to move, including packets of embellies, a trimmer blade and a few of my favourite washis!
Yes I filmed this the week before Christmas when we moved last year, I mentioned in part 1 about the delay 😊 It's been a rollercoaster of life things the last six months lol. Thanks for watching!
You've been around for a whole lot of craft room tours!! Wow! It's definitely grown and changed over the years 😂 I will probably have the next tour up at the end of the year after I rearrange my current set up a bit more... you know we can't leave any furniture in one place for too long!
Well, I am planning to have a floating desk in my new craft room too. I think I will have quicker access to more things because a lot will be right in front of me on the desk and a lot will be just behind me. Been wondering how much trouble running electric cords to it will be, and I don't have your problem of lights for filming. I do hope it works for me better than my old plan did and wish you good luck with yours. Can't imagine packing up your whole room in three days! 😊
Thanks for the tour of your craft room. It will be fun to see how you get to your craft room in the new accommodation. You simply get to furnish the way you think you want... change if it doesn't work as you go :-) I have my craft room in the master bedroom. There is a whole wall, a window and door to the balcony, a door that goes out to the kitchen (which I have placed a Kallax against), five wardrobes and a door that goes in. I have my desk almost in the middle, with a 2x4 Kallax behind the desk, a 2x2 Kallax on the right side and two Helmers standing on top of each other on the left side. On one wall, with the door going inwards, I have a Kallax 5x5. Two Råskog and one Råshult. As well as a "filing" bureau and an office bureau where there are two racks for hanging files and a large surface with room for six 12x12" ArtBins. On Kallax behind / in front of my desk I have three mine bureaus, Moppe, from Ikea.
Totally agree with TikTok. Love to watch the videos on it but to create content my brain goes to mush. Love the vegemite jar!!! I have something similar 3 days!! You crazy chick. Wonderful tour so far but can’t wait to see your new set up in the new place Been a while since I’ve watched you and boy have I missed it!! World wind of personal life that’s stopped me from crafting and being able to see videos so I’m so pleased to be back and can’t wait to catch up with all the content. Love the ephemera display but totally get your point, items are huge at the moment. Loving the storage for the 12x12 papers. I definitely need a better system for me so will check them out and see if I can get them in the uk. Yes Bobs your uncle Fannie’s your aunt is a saying we have here in the UK. Oooo a floating desk sounds delightful. Could be super cool to have a central point overall. Love the separation into warm and cool tones. Makes life so much easier and I’ve never considered that before. When my craft room is finished (currently renovating our 1950s home) it’s definitely something I will do within my new setup x
Thank you! 💗 I love watching craft room tours too, there's something strangely relaxing about seeing organised paper and stickers - only fellow arters and crafters understand hehe 😂
Thanks Gayle! I'm about to rearrange my new craft room again😂 we've been in this house for six months now and I am finally getting a feel for the room and how I can change things around to make it easier to keep everything organised...and not on the floor hehe.
Thanks for the peek into your little haven. Looking forward to seeing what you do with the new space. Ohh 😮 I so love🪶 & need one of those ‘things🤫’ that’s on the back of your chair. Do you know roughly how long till we can get our hands on those?
My July project is a craft room rearrange!! 🙌🏻 I can't leave the furniture in the same spot for too long hehe. I just uploaded an unpack and organise video of this new craft room to Patreon if you're interested in seeing how it is now after the move 😊 I'll be uploading a new craft room. tour at the end of the year once I rearrange everything again. Oooo I'm glad you like it!! I'm hoping to open the Inkie online store in October 🤞🏻 as long as there's no crazy adventures that try to distract me during the rest of the year! Thanks for watching lovely!
I’m so curious how your new craft room is working out. I had a floating desk. I loved as it gave me more room to organize and I could have a half and half room (one since scrapbooking, one side art journaling).
Love the craft room tour! ❤ Can I ask where you got the "my story" album you use for your childhood memories? Seems like a really cool project...... Not that I need to start more projects 😂😂
I've missed you! Your room is awesome. Thanks for the tour. LOVE your crafty pins. Where do you find them?? I'll have to order that pouch, start collecting, and then I'd frame it!!!
Why do you have to move do much? I'm so happy you have the opportunity to create in an organized environment. It would be fun to create with you. I look forward to backtracking to learn from your on your previous teachings. Good luck on your move. Pretty new Sub in Oklahoma, Barb.
31:37 just wondering where did you get your My Story album?? Is it something you bought? I love the look of it and would love something like that for myself 😊
I am setting up my first scrapbook room. I was watching this video and you mentioned how your stored your cards took. I can't find that video. Can you please help me. Thanks

If you're going to do a live stream, I'd say next month or the one after to give you time to put your home together. Merry Christmas to you all. Hugs

Never heard of “Bob’s your uncle” lol
I’m in the US 😀
I never understood the phrase as a child and always wanted an Uncle called Bob so I could make sense of it 😂
@@Inkiequill 🤣😂🤣 Now that’s funny right there! 😂
I've missed you! Your room is awesome. Thanks for the tour. LOVE your crafty pins. Where do you find them?? I'll have to order that pouch, start collecting, and then I'd frame it!!!

Would the Mujji 12x12 boxes fit on the Kallax shelves with paper in them or do they become too big? 😊
I do say Bobs your uncle which is weird sometimes because I have an uncle named Bob. 😂
That's so funny!! Does your uncle use the phrase too?? 😂😂
