It looks like it's just very spicy, but the taste is completely different. This food is absolutely inimitable, and you should try it yourself in Korea. 😊😊😊
great video! fwiw, i believe incheon is the 3rd largest city in korea these days (overtook daegu about 15 or so years ago). galbi jjim is pretty much my favorite food and also the favorite for many koreans!
a lot of garlic in the sources and they make good combination of spiciness , as Mark's saying it is really recommendable to put all sources and vegetable together making BIBIMBAP
Yo Mark! Was cool to see the difference between us style beef and Korean. Was also cool to learn that they don’t let any sauce go to waste!! Have a good time in Korea
Koreans generally do not eat beef with spicy seasoning. That's a strange food developed in Daegu. In fact, traditional Korean food is not spicy at all. Almost all spicy Korean food originated after the Korean War.
I always wanted to try Padilla leaves in the state so I ordered some from New York and I'm in California. I end up finding them at my local asain market
Hi Mark, I was wondering if you were ever planning on selling those hats with a pepper on them that I've seen you wear in a few videos. I really like them lol
A L O H A Mark~ Are you back in South Korea? Dae Gu! Nice~! Wish i was in South Korea this Winter Season~ G O or the E X T R A SPICY! btw your korean is getting better lol...M A H A L O~
Yea for some reason the hanwoo beef is more expensive like kobe beef in japan and koreans probably eat the beef coming from the states more because its much cheaper.
So glad to see my hometown! Been studying in US for more than 7years but still miss home sometimes. Thank you for bringing back great memories:)
no way. i've been to that place this past May during my visit. If you love spicy and garlic you'll absolutely love this dish
