Thanks for the video. I find Simonitch’s maps to be more visually appealing. I like Eskubi’s style as well, but I’m not a fan of the “caltrop” hex corners. I find the MMP/The Gamers style to be a turn off. Often I’m unable to discern the prevailing terrain due to the jumbled artwork, and I find only numbering every five hex rows to be a distraction. I’m sure I would overcome both of these issues if I were to devote some time to these games. However, I would rather devote my limited time to playing a game that I find more visually appealing in the first place. Just a thought. Fwiw. Thanks, again. Cheers.

On BGG, (I know, its not the most scientific method), but it lists 118 bulge games versus 447 Eastern Front games.

I agree. Simonitch's boards are the best and I think it's because he is a designer himself.
