What's up, folks? Have you enjoyed watching this video featuring your favorite Asian and your favorite Persian? Even watching makes me hungry again ...
Can I substitute daikon for Korean radish? I know it’s not the same, but is there anything I can do to daikon to make it more suitable as a substitute?
Of course! Give it a go. I prefer Korean radish, especially raw, because i find it a bit more neutral tasting than Chinese Daikon. There's nothing you need extra you need to do. You can also sub potatoes or other root vegetables you like. Add mushrooms, have fun!
@@MonkeyPieLabs thanks. I just have access to regular American supermarket Daikon radish right now. But its getting chilly and I am craving some Galbi-jjim! Will give it a go!
