I've noticed in the last couple videos that air conception rigs are showing up. I really like the idea of the air conception ( I fly a tank it feels like). Are you flying the new 190cc nitro motor? How do you like the air conception so far?

We went from 20% of students damaging equipment to ZERO... We've seen the light, so to speak, heh. Come fly one any time. You'll love it.

I find there to be quite some discussions about wingcontrol in paramotor vs paragliding. Currently I intend to start paramotor flying and do winch paragliding at the moment. Oh man, I highly advise it! We put a lot of effort into coaching our flat land students, but if the opportunity is there for straight paragliding, it is a great opportunity to fly! (plus, I love freeflying)

hey Eric ... great video and thanks for making it. I am an experienced glider pilot and have my own 15M sailplane - so I know thermals - but not with a soft collapsible wing! Once I earn my 200hrs of paramotor experience I hope to start thermalling like this. I especially like your flying with the turkey vultures near the end. Again fantastic video and spot on cautions for less experienced pilots!

Please don’t shoot me, but I could not wait for the backlog at aviatorppg but I assure you, you were my first choice .. because my research proved beyond any doubt you guys are the best! I will be contacting Mary[?] about transitioning to foot launch next year and possibly scheduling training with you or possibly Costa Rica. Anyway, I need to get formal ppg 1-2-3 ratings so I can fly at WOW, and other regulated sites. PS - I was trained in Deltona by Kurt Fister. Might retrial here in Utah with CHris Santacroce if we can ever sync up calendars. My UA-cam channels are ppgbobfather & soaringbobfather.

I have my PPG 2 rating but only about 30 hours so far. However, I hope to have 200 hrs by next spring if all goes well. I heard you were booked over a year out for regular PPG training so I'm asking now a little ahead of time lol.

Hello from Ireland. Im a pg pilot. What hang point do you use. Mid or low ? If you use A Vario for thermalling you will get addicted to the beeping. Its quite amazing how you can map out a thermal in your mind. I have been flying for eight years up to 8000ft in 10 ms thermals. How much do I need to learn for ppg ? Full power full power and away you go ?. Thanks so much. What motor do you reccomend for a ppg beginner. 180 lbs six foot tall.
This was a long time ago. Maybe you should do a new thermaling (don't try to use the spell checker on that word...) video. Even though you shouldn't do it when you're inexperienced, goals are good and to me with my experience in RC sailplanes, it's ultimate flying. Maybe soaring with an Ozone Mojo Power wing?
Why is it so dangerous to thermal with a paramotor. For gilders it's a natual thing to do and even students can fly solo in thermal conditions. What makes it different to you?
B14kh4r4z Hey man! It's largely our angle of attack, under power... Because it's so massively increased from a glider's standard position, the risk of collapse is much higher.
@@577buttfan never seen a fatal collapse from higher altitude, all the fatalities is due the low altitude fly which is always very dangerous activity.

You can, I'd encourage you to consider beginning on an EN-A rated beginner wing though. I love thermaling the Mojo! Consider coming down for a thermaling clinic too!

I thought when it’s thermic you aren’t supposed to fly ?? New to all this and with the total cost to get fly I’ll get up there in the next 10 -20 yrs lol so no hurry on a answer but have been reading about paramotoring and watching videos what I seen said to only fly in perfect weather only and early morning and late evening?? I didn’t know you can fly all day long

The Nemo XX ist perfect for themraling. I did it in Germany with an Nemo xx 28 and an Adventure Tiger X-Race. It's so much fun!

so it's basicly like flying full speed on a nonppg when powered on?
Also alot higher risk of snags if collapse,if you snag you could go face down spiral into your death...unless you get the laundry out in time :)

Why is your speed system not connected?
I often fly without speed bar on motor. Generally when Thermalling I do have it hooked up
