    quick question: would it be possible to assign independent grains to independent audio channels?

      I guess so! You just need to switch the target for the relevant mc objects according to the grain you are sending. You would need to identify the grains somehow, but it's technically possible

    Ciao Federico! Non so se é colpa di un update recente di Max (8.5.3, M1 Pro) o un bug, ma mandare i tre grain_params da [pak f f f] a ($1, $2 $3) non funziona. Il messaggio ignora il primo float, e si tiene solo gli ultimi due senza virgola. Io ho risolto con [sprintf %d, %d %d] se qualcun altro incappasse nello stesso "bug". Grazie mille per il tutorial!

    Beginner question: how do I tilt objects? (like the gain slide for example, it appears vertically for me)

      Just drag the top to the side until becomes horizontal

    Thanks for mc tutorials, I am planning to set transient points of an audio in a video(mov). But "import" message of (buffer~) does not work. How I can load or extract audio channel(stream) from a video and load to the buffer~ object?
    any idea?

      Hey! You can use jit.movie~ (with the tilde)

      @@AmazingMaxStuff Thanks for your tips, I guess that jit.movie~ only plays video with audio . But I forgot to say that I want to do it by offline-processing. I want to extract transient points of video audio channel , and then trigger it from some controllers(for example midi or keyboard) . I have not found any method to load only the audiosteam of a video to a buffer. I do not want to bother you with my specidific problem but can not find any solution.

      @@AmazingMaxStuff :-) yes i already came here from this forum :-). I think there is no solution. But it's really strange situation: There is no solution for that problem in such a framework (max msp) where so many things can be done. nevertheless thanks for your help. Not: The solution suggested is in 32 bit max msp, in 64 i, this is not working)

      Basta riempire continuamente il buffer con il segnale in ingresso, invece di usare un file preso dal computer.
