    I would be interested in one that simply lasts and doesn't break so quickly, or one that doesn't easily form MOLD no matter how much you clean it. Which is non-existent.

      A little hydrogen peroxide in the tank with each use might help.

      Mine stopped charging. Taking the reservoir out rinsing, soaking with white vinegar fixed it. They have a 2 years factory warranty. My hearing aid doctor told me to use this to clear wax from my ear so I could have a valid hearing test. Aimed at the canal not the eardrum

      ​@@karinlarsen2608 umm you aren't supposed to use a water flosser in your ears. The force of the water can damage the ear canal or rupture the eardrum.

    How many settings does the Nano plus water flosser have? Is it electric or battery.I have dental implants and I need a gent to med. force.

      Hello Jean - The Nano Plus features 5 pressure settings that ranges from 10-80 PSI. The model is not battery-operated, it requires an active electrical outlet to power on.

      Hello there - Our counter top models will have the highest pressure setting. However, pressure is not the only factor in the effectiveness of our products. How it's used, maintained, etc. matters as well.

    What is the main difference between WP-660 and WP-670? Could not notice anything important in the specifications. The only difference I found seems to be Tip storage case.

    At 1:17 it is stated that the cordless model offers “slightly less overall water pressure.” How much less is “slightly less”, exactly?

      Well it’s several years old, so, it likely out of warranty. And you don’t sell a replacement. And the battery is not replaceable. So, what more would you like to hear,and in what manner do you propose to help?

    I am looking for one that is easy to clean to prevent mold.. I rinse it through with every use but discovered big mold flakes last night.

      Hello - To prevent build up, we recommend removing and cleaning the reservoir once a week with a mild dish soap and distilled white vinegar should be ran through the unit at least once a month.       @@waterpik That's the usual canned answer from all companies. The problem is that some products break too soon after the warranty expires. Many years ago when you bought a product with 3 years warranty you could run it for 10 years and more. Nowadays, a 3-year warranty actually means that it very likely indeed will be 3 years.

    I bought this expensive device a long time ago and have not used it. It was closed in its box, inside a cupboard. Now I need it for a medical dental procedure. I took it out of the box and... it doesn't work at all! My money was thrown away. It is better to buy in my country and not on Amazon.☹

      Now I wasted my time chatting with the company's customer service, almost an hour. The representative confirmed according to the serial number that the device is yours. In the end, the representative disclaimed responsibility for selling a broken device and wrote to me that it was my fault that the device didn't work because I didn't use it and it was closed in its box...
      I recommend not buying products from this company, which sells broken devices (I'm not the first, I've read other reviews), and disclaims responsibility towards its customers.
      I am a journalist. I intend to post a dis-recommendation on the products of Waterpik Company, which treats its customers like this.
      You can't blame your customers for defective products you sell!! This is a despicable method!@@waterpik

    I wouldn’t recommend that cordless waterpik. After very light usage, mine has decided it doesn’t want to shoot water, just air!!🤬

      Do not buy the last one shown here the water flosser toothbrush I bought it at Costco 8 months ago and the battery died prematurely but I already was having issues with it too many to write here, anyway it came with 10 extra brushes and I still have 8 of them and now is going on the trash and because I had it for 8 months too late to return it, I'm very disappointed with waterpick brand, is better to buy a water flosser unit and a separate Sonic care toothbrush.

      Hello there - Water is actually all that is needed. You can add a splash of mouthwash to a full reservoir of water if you like. However, the use of iodine will damage our products and void the warranty and salt will damage our handheld models.     I just water floss now with other cheap model because i just wanna try it for the first time and this water flosser that i used hurts so much! The water that comes out is on and off and even on the lowest pressure my gums bled, i’m planning to buy this waterpik flosser, i just wanna ask is the water on your waterpik flosser continously comes out? So my gums wont hurt🙏🏽

      Hello there - Our water flossers produce a pulsating stream of water. The pulsation is what makes it so effective. Keep in mind, if you haven't been flossing regularly, it can take some time to for your gums to get used to it. This is due to gum health issues rather than water flossing itself. If pain persists or worsens, reach out to a dental professional.
