Hello Jean - The Nano Plus features 5 pressure settings that ranges from 10-80 PSI. The model is not battery-operated, it requires an active electrical outlet to power on.
Hello there - Our counter top models will have the highest pressure setting. However, pressure is not the only factor in the effectiveness of our products. How it's used, maintained, etc. matters as well.
What is the main difference between WP-660 and WP-670? Could not notice anything important in the specifications. The only difference I found seems to be Tip storage case.
Thanks for your question. The pressure range on our handheld cordless models ranges from 45 to 75 PSI. Our counter top models have a PSI of 10 on low and 100 on high. For more information, please contact us at 1-800-525-2774.
Replacement toothbrushes are not available, but our products come with a warranty. Should you encounter any issues, please contact us at 1-800-525-2774 or by email at smreviews@waterpik.com. We are here to help.

@@waterpik That's the usual canned answer from all companies. The problem is that some products break too soon after the warranty expires.
