There is a gameplay thread that I certainly encourage people to read and check out, but there is an out of character thread that I myself have no issue with people asking questions about the characters and what they're thinking. And there's a channel in the Discord that is meant for Play by Post overall, so you don't have to be interested in the campaign that I'm running to ask about running your own game. Just pop on in there, and I can help you out with my PbP knowledge to help you get started!
