it's easy to run too fast during workouts. the kids do a good job of keeping the speed under control so that they remain healthy while improving in very small increments. hope you are too!
I am always getting in my head saying that's enongh for today when I would really like to do more. After I rest I say to myself wish I went further,,,,My race is going to be here in 7 weeks and I'm have problems pushing myself. Watching your videos inspire me thanks for putting them out there.
